Not good this app need more fix
This app is not working properly it not respond right as I can see and it keep on freezing up again there been no more updates on fixing it so way has the developers not been work on fixing the issue on it if it keep crashing and freezes on me again I my just deleted my account for it not use it no longer I my find a new one to keep all my thing in it this app will get 1 star for now onShow lessReanamon
Slow and freezes
I really do like this app and how it helps me clear my phone up for more space. But I want to love the app and I can’t do to how slow it it. It freezes more than it actually works. I’m constantly restarting itCasieeJo
Uploading pictures
When I downloaded the app, I started the uploading of the photos only half of my photos transferred over. I can’t figure out how to get the remaining photos transferred.lyssysmommy
Forced to download
I was forced to download this app supposedly because all my Sprint photos were backed up there and in order not to lose my photos, I had to download the app. They offered an option to JUST download the photos but I had to download the app for that to work anyway. On top of that, once I downloaded the stupid app to get access to my photos, I had to grant access to all my other photos, and guess what? Asurion just backed up MY entire library as opposed to showing me the Sprint photos and allowing me to download them. I am so annoyed. This is stupid and I probably wouldn’t have lost any photos in the first place but they freaked me out saying I had over 8 gigs of photos not backed up.Show lessprofmaman
Asurion - One of the Best Storage Solutions
This is got to be one of the better places to store pictures. Not only does it store your picture but it has features in it to let you update your Storage by removing identical pictures or by removing blurry pictures and other situations which I probably haven’t even encountered yet. 😀👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🥳Show lessFretspan

What do you want for free?
It’s absolutely frustrating when you go to open the app where all your memories are, and the app not only freezes but it doesn’t upload as fast as it advertises and if you try to force close it and then re-open it it’ll just continue to freeze and even crash!I’ve tried resetting my network settings And power cycling my phone turning airplane mode on and off and it does absolutely nothing please fix this app before I go elsewhere and actually pay the money for something halfway decent!Show lessEryn1179

Can’t save
Not letting me optimize my photos!!!! I’m losing space in my iPhone because I can’t go in and delete and optimize. And now whenever I open the app it just crashes and when I click the optimize tab app crashes. This is supposed to help me save space on my phone.Lonely :(
