I asked a question about what my medical plan covers in regards to certain testing and care. The Health Joy concierge answered what she could on the spot, via the app chat, and then got back to me a day later, having confirmed directly with my insurance provider, with the additional coverage details. She also offered to find providers for me if needed. Service was prompt and friendly, and much easier than waiting on hold by phone!

Amazing, 100% recommend saves me so much money
I absolutely love this app so much!! I frequently get UTIs I usually have to go to my normal family doctor and each time I go even with my insurance it’s usually about $200. I learned about this app and my insurance covers doctors calls 100% so now I can get a prescription for free with no lab tests and waiting period and the prescription I need is available to pick up within 10 minutes, amazing!! This app saved me so much I am blessed to have found it. The doctors are amazing as well and are understanding and listen to your concerns. Everyone need health joy!

Stress is gone!
These concierge people are amazing! I love just being able to text them my insurance question or issue any hour of the day and then they deal with all the headaches of calling the insurance company or doctor for me to get me the info I need. They have taken away so much of the stress and anxiety I used to have trying to ARGUE with insurance or doctors and taken away the need to try and do it during business hours. HealthJoy reps have been so super friendly, courteous and helpful. I love these people!

HealrhJoy Teledoc experience
It was amazing. Have foot injury. Went through the HealthJoy app and it recognizes my info so very little time with questions. Couple of minutes after placing request a live person called to verify it was me. I then took pictures of my foot and uploaded. No more than 10 minutes and my phone rang with Dr. Carr. Had consultation. He was wonderful. Told me what I already knew ( needed xrays). Very Kind and understanding. Called in RX to my pharmacy. Whole experience took about 20 minutes from the comfort of my office!!!!! Highly recommend this service. Thank you Dr. Carr!

Honestly impressed by this app
This is the first time I’ve had a health insurance or health care app that is so useful. I am honestly impressed. I have used it to find several new doctors, I use the insurance card “wallet” as my keeper of insurance cards, as it’s intended, and it works well. The chat feature is really well designed and the progression of questions and responses are appropriate and well-structured. I think the only thing I would improve is that I don’t think the navigation within the app is super intuitive. I sometimes find myself clicking through random screens before I remember how to get to where I’m trying to go. Other than that little thing, this is an incredibly useful tool and I’m so glad I have it.

Did not find their service useful
For some reason they use a “chat based” interface which makes it a bit of a slog to get back basic information. It took a day to receive their “recommendation” for a local doctor. Much easier to just browse a doctor list from your health insurance website.
They also don’t have a “delete account” option. They told me at first just to delete the app from my phone. Not good enough healthjoy. You store all my insurance information. It’s just common decency to provide this functionality to your users.
After contacting customer support, I believe they finally deleted my account information but I can’t know for sure.

Telemedicine consult- AWESOME experience
Been battling a cough for a week with a scratch and sore throat. Finally decided to telemedicine consultation.
As expected, exceeded my expectations. Within 30 seconds someone called to verify my ticket and need to speak to doctor. After hanging up, they let me know a doc would call me back soon. Soon was sooner than I thought, within 3 min I had talked to a doc and determined a quick fix by getting me on an antibiotic for upper respiratory and something to reduce the cough so I can sleep!
