  • No security on app, time log needs fixing.

    Lebara’s phone service is great. However ifI’m just writing a review of the App, it is not so great. The app has no security once logged on - it does not require a password or FaceID to open. Anyone who can access your phone has access to all the data in the app. Also, the timings on the call log - they’re not 24 hour and they don’t indicate AM or PM. So a call on the log at 03:48 could have been made in the afternoon or in the middle of the night. Otherwise the app is straight forward and works well. The security issue really should be looked at though. Also, in the UK, Lebara uses the Vodafone network, not Orange as staged in the description.

  • Refund is not received

    Worst customer care service I have ever received. I have been waiting for more than 20 days for my refund. There are no one to assist me properly, every time I call the customer service each person is giving me some different story says they done the refund, it’s now initiated but actually I didn’t received anything. on top of that they are shouting on me. This is not even fair I am asking my money and this is how you guys treat a customer, and her name is Priya. I highly recommend to treat people nicely because you are in the place to assist people and give the solution. how can you be rude to people when they are in stress. I am still waiting for my money I hope you guys will refund my money. Shouting.

  • Keeps kicking me

    I’ve been using your app for a while now cause it looked great was easy to use and great deals had no problems in the slightest until recently for like a month or 2 now it will just randomly kick me out of my account I didn’t have much of a problem as I could just sign back in but now it’s a problem won’t let me sign back in keeps saying all my credentials are wrong and now for some reason I can’t go on the app it just kicks me and I would like to cancel my plan if it’s not gonna let me use the app and see what’s going on

  • Won’t Register Your SIM

    I am an American in Germany and picked up a Lebara plan. The included instructions say to download this app to activate the SIM card. The app asks for a Lebara phone number before you can do anything on it. How does that make sense? In order to activate your Lebara SIM card you first need a Lebara phone number? Also, the app looks absolutely nothing like it is advertised on Lebara’s website. Overall useless and very frustrating.

  • FIX THE APP!!!

    As stated by the other reviews the app has been terribly laggy since the last update. Usually that doesn't bother me however it has been now a couple of months and nothing has improved.

    Like many others have also experienced I have also been logged out, however for some reason it doesn't recognise my log in credentials when I'm sure they are correct.

    Either way I went to reset the password and it won't let me because apparently whatever you type as a password it will never be 8 characters long, and to make it more parodic the passwords won't match despite being identical.

  • Poor service don’t bother go elsewhere

    The one and only time I use all my data, and Lebara won’t let me top up from my phone, won’t let me top up from another phone basically they won’t let me do anything.
    If I used my data every single month I might understand it but no this is the first time and they won’t help in any way
    I have been with Lebara two years but now not much longer i will e taking my business else where.
    I have two sim cards with Lebara but do they care no they are horrible. I will go elsewhere and have two sim cards with someone else. I will go with someone who cares about customers as Lebara obviously doesn’t care at all.

  • Can’t buy all available monthly plans anymore

    I sometimes switch between the monthly plans. Now (new update?!?) I had to buy the one I want via the website because it wasn’t available in the app. Ridiculous! Please make all monthly plans available via the app again!
  • Doesnt work on iphone

    Good rates and good coverage and useful app BUT
    when sending text i get a this message wasnt delivered. Contacted support and they said it was a problem with apple but it worked fine with previous carrier. When i sent a text for my pac number, got the cant deliver message but a few seconds later, lebara sent through a pac number. Shame to leave but this is unworkable.
    Second, how many car parking apps do you have? Turned up to park, needed another app and couldnt connect to app store. This is also a standard feature.
    So with these two irritating issues and no help from lebara, i am sadly returning to my previous carrier.

  • So far not the best

    Haven’t even been on lebara a week yet and my texts are already sending weird. My phone shows the text is taking a while to send, or didn’t send but then the reply is coming and appearing before my first text. Signal is no better than what I was on before as I only really ever have 1 or 2 bars.
    The app doesn’t work properly most of the time either. Trying to speak to someone about the issue with my texts and now the live chat won’t even open when I click the button. How can my issue be resolved if I can’t even speak to someone after creating the chat

  • So hard to buy a package

    It’s very confusing, no instructions and I paid for Top ups and they allow me to do it knowing it will expires the same day. The app should not let you do it if they know you have no data plans and that will expire in 24 hours or at least a warning.
