  • An app with full of bugs and low performance

    I’ve tried several times to link my Lebara account to the app with zero success, despite contact with customer support and sending and receiving several emails back and forth, still app couldn’t recognize my Lebara number and even verification codes which have been sent by Lebara number has not been recognized by the app and it’s giving me “invalid code” message! Seems the company IT infrastructure is not sophisticated enough to fix such a simple technical issue!

  • Awful customer service and experience

    I signed up for a new customer offer which was offered as £0.01 per month for 6 months and then would go to £5.90 but apparently because I toggled the button for auto renewal on and off not really knowing what that was it has voided my offer??! The customer service was rubbish, they wouldn't help me with my deal saying it's now void and I'd have to pay the full rates.
    My advice would be to stick to well known names like EE, it's always to good to be true as this brand is a total scam who treat customers poorly. I'll be going back to EE. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

    Never get back to me. Had a genuine question why I was being charged 15 pounds for a plan that was now priced at 10 pounds and no reply. Not good
  • Fone cut off

    Recently had to change payment bank but transfer of account didn’t work so created new account to be able to talk to cancer suffering close friend but the £5 I put on the account didn’t stop it being closed DESPITE HAVING LOTS OF SERVICE CREDIT!

    Got up this am to find I still am not able to use the account so went into system to put another fiver into account but still no credit appeared!

    Do I need to move back to Vodafone mobile to get service?

  • Keeps activating autorenew

    The app keeps reactivating autorenew. When I purchase my plan I turn it off. Then after the purchase and autorenew appears off. Close out the app and reopen it and autorenew is back on. Im really frustrated by this ‘bug’ and hope lebara fixes it before I forgot to turn it off fifteen times and get charged for something I clearly indicated I didn’t want.
