  • Too hard

    Very restricted & intrusive. Don’t use this telco.
  • Terrible company

    There is no customer support at all and no way to reach them even if they claim to have “live chat”. Emails are ignored too while the company merrily keeps charging you for services that they don’t even provide. Their incompetence borders on the level of fraud. Best stay away.

  • Lebara mobile app has good features

    App gives account information and allows top up, bolt ons for data or mobile minutes. Easy to use and can stay logged on to get get into app quicker! Low cost recurring 30 day payment for a SIM with free texts, 200 minutes UK calls & 50 minutes calls in Europe plus EEA & 1Gb of mobile data included in monthly allowance.
    Able to top up credit from £5 and £3 to bolt on an extra 200 minutes, 1Gb of data or 50 International minutes if you are running out too! Texts to the EU/EEA are a low price.

    Your standard rates are an absolutely scam!!!!!!! Why you do this? Customers really dislike it at alll!!! I always liked LEBARA until this nonsense fees kick in! Im so upset with LEBARA, not acceptable!! You should just get rid off the top up bottom, its only making people furious, and frankly that was the reason it put me off from LEBARA in the last years
    My compliments for the idiot in the management that came up with this idea, you are so stupid, cause people few penalising by LEBARA and they leave the plataform.
    Finally today someone from the customer care team explained the fees on the top up data!! An absolutely SCAMM!!! ans for that reason even knowing I was a good fan of LEBARA now I am raising a complaint about your colossal fees and giving you a terrible review!!!

  • Very bad technical team and customer service

    I got debited by lebara and I reported to my bank and lebara to reverse the debit but lebara barred my line immediately, My pregnant wife couldn’t get her medical prescription or Doctor’s appointment because of their horrible technical team, I reported this to their customer service the asked my to pay £85 that they would unbar the line within 24-72 hours but it’s been over one month they’re yet to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this service provider, they don’t care about you or business, health as a customer, all they want is to debit your account unnecessarily. Such a useless group of workers all Indians from the customer service to the technical team. They will steal from you.

  • Payment taken twice and not recharged

    Taken my payment twice in the last month from my bank account and had not recharged a single penny. Now I had to pay again to activate my account.
  • Not able to use data

    I keep having top ups done and still not able to use data. What is going on.
  • Stole money from me

    Absolute dog crap of service. I’m an American that is here for a short period of time and I paid for €30 of at least 20GB of service, the problem is that as soon as I used only 1GB they cut my service. I was on hold for an hour until they told me that what I had bought was credit and that I had used all of it in a spam of at least 30 minutes. They were not specific on what top means nor did they even give me what I paid for which in their website it says €19 for 20GB, I PAID €30 and got ONE!! Money totally wasted and I’m never using this service again.

  • Switch to something else

    App is constantly glitching. Couldn’t turn off automatic top-up for a few weeks. Absolutely the worst mobile company.
