Poor network
It has poor connection no matter where you go, the price it’s a little expensive for the lack of activities you could do with the phone..overall it’s not good.Wi-Fi Calling
I am absolutely delighted with my Lebara contract and have recommended others to switch too. The only shortfall that I have encountered is the inability to make Wi-Fi calls. This is only a problem very rarely and most people would never notice but when I go to my wife’s workplace there is no mobile phone coverage. My previous Vodafone contract enabled me to make and receive calls regardless via her work broadband but not Lebara. I still wouldn’t switch back though.Show lessGreat app
New to Lebara and wonderful experienceHorrible experience
I bought 10gb of data at Relay but it was immediately used up. Had to buy a new plan and it automatically renews. NO WAY TO TURN THIS OFF. I submitted a customer support ticket but no response. This app/phone plan has taken so much money already AND DELIVERED SUCH LITTLE VALUE. I travel constantly and this is by far the worst data plan I have had. I suggest you avoid it at all cost (literally and figuratively).Show lessStay away
I signed up for a £10 plan with plenty of Uk and international minutes, texts and data. A few months into this after having made next to no calls I tried to make a quick call one day and was told I had no credit. I was in a hurry so quickly added some money to the account thinking I would look into it later when I had time. I forgot all about it as I’m so busy and today realised I couldn’t make calls again. I had a voicemail that I couldn’t even access. I contacted the call centre and had one of the rudest and unhelpful advisors ever. He would listen to me and kept speaking over me. He eventually hung up on me. I’ve just had to credit my account with £5 just to listen to the voicemail in case it’s important. I was in a chat room for over half an hour too and couldn’t get to speak with anyone. Awful on so many levels. Come on Lebar! You need to up your game, especially as you claim to have excellent customer service.Show lessDreadful-Avoid like the plague
Lebara are an absolute disgrace. I bought one of their SIMs after being assured that I would be able to use my bundle in Jersey. This was hugely important because the Jersey Government requires constant text updates on Covid symptoms. When I arrived in the Channel Islands my phone would not make calls or access the internet. I used my husbands phone (£10 bundle with Asda Mobile) to chat with Lebara customer service-a very ironic description. After finally getting the customer service agent to understand where I was she then left me stunned by just saying “your plan does not extend to the Channel Islands” . I have now had to top up my balance to be able to reply to the Government text messages as not doing so would have meant going into quarantine. Very very poor service and a very very poor company-believe their sales pitch at your perilShow lessAbsolutely Rubbish
Absolutely rubbish and absolutely rude customer service so with Lebara I am on pay as you go but I have realised that I am being charged 25p because apparently I have made a call to an international number what in the world I didn't and then there service was really bad the line was keepon breaking up and the service was terrible so I've had many other faults which I am not bothered to list! Also I phoned them today as I was fed up and I wanted to disconnect my number. THE LADY ON THE PHONE was so rude she couldn't hear me properly and who's fault is that it's you and your rubbish phone line and she was just shouting and saying I can't hear you blah blah blah and being rude on the phone she couldn't even speak English properly! And then she could hear me in the middle of the call she cut me off so Lebara you absolutely stink fix up your customer service train them and fix up your service! I've had the same problem with Lycamobile who is absolutely rubbish aswellShow lessUnable to log in using password due to no comma on keypad
My password to login to my lebara account has a comma (,) in it and when I came to use the app for the first time (using IOS), there was no “,” on the keypad so I was unable to log in. I then had problems with the reset pin as it was stating “invalid format” even though I simply typed in the 5 numbers from the email! Found this very frustrating.
Eventually I realised that I could copy a “,” from a text message into my password and finally log in after 15mins of fiddling around.
Once I was in, the app itself was fine and easy to use but lebara really need to fix the keypad so you can select a comma!Show lessApp is Garbage
I tried to activate my SIM card but I can’t because the app won’t open up the my camera to scan my ID cardNo other choices
Too dang expensive, look elsewhere.
