    I use it for a company needs internationally. It is useful, reliable, and convenient. It has efficient support, easy top up, friendly interface. No tech. problems or reception blackouts no matter which phone I use. 10 out of 10 points.

    Le paiement requiert de changer de lettres à chiffres à chaque chiffre entré mais sinon plutôt bien! N'inclus pas les forfaits 100 go non plus malheureusement.

    Sometimes the signal is full but the network is bad. Hope it can be improved.

    Greetings,

    Every time I need to log in to my account to charge my Sim doesn’t work through the app, it works in website but not through the app. I hope you guys can fix the problem ASAP. Ty

    By the way I tried to Chang my password and also doesn’t work.

  • Very good service and network

    I can’t fault the service and the help that the customer care gave me when I needed it, and there pricing is extremely good compared to one of the major company I had a two year contact with who I don’t think customer service existed . And with this company I think it’s piece of mind I am not strapped into a fixed contact anymore knowing if I am not happy I can go somewhere else without any problems I would 100% recommend this company to everyone .   • Very confusing!!

    I moved to Spain and needed a new number, I was recommended this company but unfortunately I regret buying this sim. I received the number after 2 days and with a letter saying to insert the number and start to use it. Tried and had no service, I had to email the company and a day later was informed that I had to go to a shop and activate it. If it was in the letter would have saved me 2 days. Also when I bought the number I payed 10€ and the money is no where to be seen. Called the company with the reference number I received through email and there is no record of the payment but the money was definitely taken out of my account. I have to buy more credit. Extremely disappointed and thinking of purchasing a new number. I’ll give it 2 starts because the app appears to be good and the phone assistant was nice.

  • Prepaid code didn’t load

    I purchased a prepaid plan when I bought the SIM card. I followed the instructions given to me by the salesman to load the prepaid code that was given with the purchase. My Lebara history shows I accessed the code but the plan was never loaded for my account/sim.
  • Miss leaded plan

    I purchased All 2 plan but uae its not listed from the international country and my credit been utilized fully , im very upset
