I travel frequently, so the temporary sims are perfect. Never in my life has so many things had errors, issues or simply "something went wrong!" pop up along the way.

Understanding Plans, Auto Renew & Clear Accounting
I find your plans not totally transparent as I am billed for calls that should be within my free allowances while abroad. If you say I have 1000 call minutes to the following countries Australia, Canada, USA, etc, then I should be able to utilize same. But since working in Switzerland these last few weeks all I seen to get are notifications that I am out of money in my Lebara account. There’s a month I topped up £60 or more and still got no satisfaction in making calls abroad. I am still unable to view my history to get an understanding of my spend and how I seem to be in the red all the time. Data should work like I am in the UK. Same goes for Calls. Please correct me if I am wrong and set me on the right plan as I will be abroad working till January 2020. I feel like giving up on Lebara right now.Show lessMarisa Ricardo
Very convenient
I travel to Europe monthly and it’s great having use of my phone. Once you set it up all you have to do is put the sim into the slot and reboot your phone. The prepaid international plan is just 15 Euros and is good for 30 days in 20+ countries. My only complaint was that it costed 50 Euros to set it up. I’m guessing it was because I purchased it at a kiosk at the airport. Once set up it’s great!Show lessPersiasmom

Very complicated
I lost my €10 charge despite not having used it simply because I didn’t know I had to register with ID and activate auto-topup. Means I paid twice now. Fingers x it will work from now on and that I will have 4G and not just 3G. I didn’t make any calls, I had De-activates ‚Mobile Data use‘ and still lost all GB. No idea how. Am not impressed. I thought I simply had to insert new sim and use the manual €10 charge. Well, seems I was wrong.Show lessglobalgabi
LEBARA ONLY GIVES ME PROBLEMS!!
Never in all my international travel I had so much issues with my cell phone usage as I do since I got Lebara SIM card!!! To buy more data etc before the 28 days expires on internet in a waste! No one will help you!!! Most people simply go to stores to buy more!!! And more!!! I have the app that tells me one thing, but REALITY is opposite!!! Ex: I had 10€ that I lost in 2 days buying next month package! App said it expires: August 27. Expires with the OLD (previous purchase on July 3rd). Now the App tells me I have 199 minutes to make National calls, but I tried to call the Ferry (very important) and get auto response that I have no funds to call or send messages. The App is showing I have 5.75GB plus 199 min plus 700 min Lebara to Lebara!!! No one can explain the frustration!!!! I paid 10 Euro again on August 1st!!! Useless!!!! Now I paid again 5€. In total I paid 25€ in 30 days!!!! And in total I used less then 4GB! Original purchase was for 7GB. No Spaniard can figure out why !!!! No store cares to help!!!
