It would be helpful for American or Canadian travelers who use this SIM card while in Europe if there was a free phone number to call and speak with an operator who can speak English fluently, I would think they could make more customized calling plans and both the phone company and customer would be happier.Show lesskayyyyyy1

The phone service is excellent! But the app has WAY to many bugs & problems which makes it feel CHEAP ...Jake..from statefarm

I live in Australia and it seems that this app has changed and my country is not listed, meaning I can’t enter my phone number for registration. If the app is only supporting for the listed countries, please bring the original Lebara app back as people from other countries also use Lebara.
I remember just downloading the original Lebara app and I can just choose a plan and top up INSTANTLY in my country. But now we have to create an account and only six countries as options were given to us? 👎Show lessNona483
