  • Needs Some Fine Tuning

    The service option is great. It just needs some efficiency tweaking with the delivery/drop off but otherwise it’s great. They actually forgot one of the two tests I ordered and it was hard to get a hold of someone to ask about it. If it weren’t for my friend in another city flagging down one of their drivers in her neighborhood, I would have never gotten through to someone.

    The app itself is a lil sensitive. It always brings me to the Apple App Store when I try to click on the results section. It could also be a lil more organized for storing and tracking results/orders of multiples in your household under the same email address (i.e. Kids). It could also have more instruction on how to order tests for minors who don’t have forms of ID to upload.

    It also needs to be clear on what is “clickable” and what isn’t. It just needs some fine tuning and tweaking but otherwise is functional.

  • Horrible Experience

    I ordered 3 tests 2 days in advance. They only delivered 2. It took me 24 hours to get in touch with the “front desk” to receive my last kit. Apparently my profile merged with my daughters. They asked me to use a different e-mail and phone number. She’s a minor. I don’t have a different phone number. So they figured it out. Finally sent me a kit.

    Next, it took them several more hours to arrange a pickup for my test. When the results came in, I got them for myself and my son (also a minor… same number and e-mail). No results for my daughter. The driver took my son and daughter’s test together (before I even received my kit). So I’m still waiting… this is day 3. Actually day 5 since I first paid for the kit

    THE ONE GOOD THING- All of the Physician Assistants that I spoke to were very nice.

  • No response. Very disorganized

    I went to get a 24 hour PCR. They didn’t have my appointment even though I showed them the confirmation. They registered me anyway and I received the confirmation of having checked in. After they took my swab sample, they asked me to confirm my name and date of birth for the same, and I was told I would receive my results in 24-36 hours. I was about to leave but I received a text message saying my appointment was scheduled for 2 hours later. I went back to the desk and asked the person who registered me if there would be a problem and she told me to ignore the message. It’s been over 73 hours and I haven’t received my results. More importantly, I have called and texted through their support 24/7 system and have gotten ZERO responses.

  • Your emails keep sending me back to the App Store

    All in all it was a very easy experience and very thorough. The test results were back in record time less than 24 hours. What I totally cannot understand and do not like all your incessant emails asking me for review. I don’t normally write reviews but the service and the speed was so remarkably good that I’m writing one and giving you 4 1/2 stars. You would get five stars if the emails you keep sending me don’t keep constantly sending me back to the App Store. This needs to be fixed! You have a bug in your software or the link that comes in the emails.

  • fast results. excellent friendly service

    i registred for me and my 2 sons. i work as an actress and bartender. my sons are i school (10 and just turned 17). i thought i’d registered proper only to find out I chose the wrong registration. but our testing guys was amazing. told us how to register proper and we parked aside filled out the proper paperwork/ registration and we’re able to test the same day within about 14 min of us first showing up. we got our rapid results within 30 min and our PCR results were less than 24 hours. i highly recommended this place. and will. e back once a week or as long as we need. maybe i want to keep them a secret so i know we can get in and out with issues and no long lines … however. we will be back. and we trust them. and they took care of us. thank you ✨❤️✨

  • Not so convenient

    I read the reviews and thought this was the best thing since sliced bread. Boy was I wrong. I had to keep following up on the app as to when the driver would arrive to drop the test kit. Waited around the whole day and heard nothing, so a big waste of my time as I had things I could’ve been doing. The next day I was told, after I enquired, that another driver would drop by. She was a very lovely lady and arrived around 10am…Great. I followed the instructions and spoke to the doctor and did my swab. Kit was sposed to get picked up, nothing till the next day. It took longer than expected and I had to keep following up with them for updates, frustrating to say the least. But they had very nice agents which made it somewhat bearable.
    I booked my test 2days before my international flight and I informed them of this from the very start. I didn’t get my results till after I had checked in for my flight. Thank God I had done a backup test at CVS which came through well before my check in in time. Moral of the story, always have a plan b. Nothing is as it seems in this day and age.

  • Poor service

    I completely understand that this company is overwhelmed but they have a completely inadequate amount of customer service representatives. I was supposed to have my test delivered at 11 am. I got an auto message saying my test may be late. No problem. It arrives around 2 pm. I got into the digital waiting room almost immediately. My number in line would occasionally jump to a much higher number. I went from 87 to 113 etc. around 8 pm, when I was finally around 8th in line, the web page malfunctioned and wouldn’t load my place in line. I tried logging in on different devices but all of them said my testing number was not recognized or would give an error message.
    I tried to contact their 24/7 concierge and no one answered me. It has been over 6 hours. I also called and I have been on hold for over an hour.

  • Practically Perfect!

    Let me start off with how much I love this service. I appreciate the staff that make this work! The app is glitchy every so often and needs work but the service itself is amazing. The rapid tests are dropped and you take them with a doctor via video call so you can’t mess it up. Same with the PCR tests! The PCR process is that they drop them off, you do the test with the doctor over video then they come pick up the test. We got our results in 24 hours!!! The PCR process took all day with drop off and pick up but where the heck were we going anyway??? It was great to not have to leave the house and wait in a line!!!! I LOVE THIS APP AND THE SERVICE IT PROVIDES!!!

  • Terrible

    I needed testing at home. Thought this would be a good option. Once i received my kit i waited online for the live telemed meeting & literally was stuck in a que for 7hrs!!! Every time i would get close to next i would get bumped back up to #80 I finally got seen for my testing & was told that on their end it was indicating that i was holding in the que for only 30min. I set my tests out as instructed for pickup & they didnt get picked up until very late the next day. Worst then that, i never got a result & have been texting, calling, messaging & trying every means of contacting them to ask where my results are. After 2 days i was forced to search & find a place that had avail last minute testing appointments, pay for a rush test & make it out the house to go test elsewhere with all my children (one of which was sick & couldnt be left alone) & stand in line outside in the cold because the testing site was over crowded & backed up. To date, no one has responded to me & i have no results still 6days later. Unfortunately i paid for this service & as of now, have been ripped off. My tests were registered live in the meeting by the barcode & the vials also had my name, DOB & barcode that is registered on my account & even sent a picture of the vials with the info from the contact number attached to my account. A total inconvenience & waste of money!

  • Worst medical app in existence

    Supposedly has 24/7 concierge service via text or call. Been on the phone on hold for 3 hours tonight, this is after spending and hour and a half this morning asking why I haven’t received my test results. Guy on the phone says he checked with the lab and said the results were there and I would get them today. Still have not gotten them. Been sending text messages all day asking for some information or an update with no response even after their office staff told me this is how I needed to reach out to get my test results. I will never be using this company for any medical care in the future and will be deleting this app as soon as possible. I would avoid using them for anything medically related.
