  • Great but needs work

    I tried out the sick app a few days ago. I had an appointment for 9-11. I’m not usually an early riser but I wanted my results early. I received a message the day before my appointment saying that the driver may be delayed by minutes or hours. I waited through my appointment time and received my test 2 hours later then my appointment time. I would have liked any other indication of the location of my test or where the driver was. Then once I received my test I had to wait another hour to see the telemedicine doctor. He was very nice and the process was easy but my test results didn’t get picked up til much later. I received my results promptly but they were hours after my original appointment time. I understand that there is a lot of demand right now, I just wish there was a bit more communication on the location of my test.

    Also the app says I have notifications but when I try to look at my messages, it vanishes. Then when asked to submit a review, I was unable to reopen the app again and it would only direct me to the App Store.

    Overall a good experience but was a lot of waiting around.

  • Bad and good

    Bad: The first day, I waited 7+ for them to call me back. They dropped off the test. I understand the waiting for 2-3 hours. But I was almost at 1 then 48 people jumped ahead of me. They kept counting down then putting more people ahead of you. They probably had computer issues cause the surge in tests. But I messaged them, no replies.

    Good: The next day I was able to get in fine, only half hour, and the woman was really nice! She asked me how I was feeling, very sweet. They picked it up quickly too. Just please schedule in the morning or else you might not be seen !

  • High lack of communication

    It would be really helpful if your concierge people would actually respond to the text messages and try to help so patients don’t have to wait 3+ hours on hold over the phone until they get someone to talk to. Also the delivery has no tracking or confirmation info, patients are simply expected to trust that their test will be picked up in a timely manner with no one to contact. I have been waiting for 2 days now for a driver to come pickup my specimen after 2 poor drivers were sent to an LA address while I live in OC. Dispatch needs some work… also maybe some more people in customer service would help. I understand there’s a lot going on and a lot of testing is happening but some communication would be nice

  • Will not use again.

    This service is misleading with their 24/7 messaging. I felt symptoms and a coworker recommended this service, so I tried them. I ordered on a Wednesday. They did not have deliveries available until 3 days later. 3 days later, they were late and delivered it to the wrong house, I had to go and get it myself from the neighbors. The telephone appointment felt super rushed, and I was told I would have my results by the next day. I didn’t get my results until 3 days later, and I had to miss all that work because they didn’t let me know the lab was closed for the weekend. I don’t have any sick pay, so I’ve missed 3 days of work and I ended up being negative anyway. I was on hold for hours trying to figure out what was going on. Never again.

  • Worst Company Ever

    This is one of the worst apps and companies I have ever come into contact with. The app had me schedule an appointment four days in advance and then confirmed the day before. The appointment was for 9 am for a test to be dropped off. At around 12 pm, I called and then proceeded to wait on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me that my appointment was never scheduled a driver, even though at this part, it was 4 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I was told that at the latest at 9 pm, I would have a test kit delivered. By the time 7 rolled around, I tried calling and messaging the 24/7 concierge and then waited another 4 hours on the phone and was then hung up on. Then at 1 am, someone started messaging me on the app, saying they were sorry and were scheduling me as a priority for the next morning. It’s been five days, and no one has showed up for a test. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

  • App was buggy on my phone

    The App kept sending me back to the App Store on a loop.
    Overall experience with the service was ok. I’m sure the service is inundated with requests at this time (during holidays surge). But I wish there were better updates to status of my order, at least a progress update. Drop-off of test was delayed by 3 hours after chosen window. Pick-up of specimen was complete 7 hours after it was ready and results of test were available 40 hours after pickup. All being said, I still appreciate the service

  • Disappointing

    To say I’m disappointed with this service is an understatement. When my Wednesday appointment time arrived, I received a message prior to stating that there would be a delay in delivery by minutes to hours. Understandable due to a high demand. When the test was delivered, it showed a picture of the test kit inside someone’s car outside the gate to my community. The kit never made it to my door. I had to contact them in order for a new test kit to be delivered the next day. The telehealth appointment was quick and easy. Everything from that point went downhill. My test was not picked up on Thursday even after messages and a call. Friday, I was told there was not a driver in my area and not to expect a pickup. Saturday I had to contact customer service by phone again after no response via message. At that time I was told a driver would pick up in 1-2 hours. No pick up occurred. Sunday, I called to inquire about my test and was told that due to the time frame the lab would no longer accept my test. I was offered another test kit to be delivered and expedited, but declined. Instead I accepted a refund. I am extremely let down by this service.

  • No customer Service

    I put a time for delivery which was in the morning. They were late by a long shot. They tried to deliver at 10pm at night. Was supposed to leave in the front door yet nobody did. I have a ring camera and checked records, they did not leave the kit at my doorstep as they told me. I was asleep. I have been trying to reach customer service and nobody responds. Left probably 10 messages during multiple times and days. Their voicemail is full so can’t do that. Waitlist is 20 people and drops down count by 4 in 4 hours. Terrible app and terrible service. Never on time and tries to deliver at 10pm at night when people are sleeping. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have yet to receive my kit.

  • Took too long for results

    I scheduled a test for Wed between 9-11 am. Was notified that drivers were running late.. however getting my test at 3pm was pretty late, I then waited for about 40 minutes as I was #119 in line for my tele health screening. It then took the driver until 7:07pm to pick up my swab.. then I was supposed to get my results by Thursday.. I figured no later than 7 or 8pm due to my test being picked up late. I’ve called the phone number online. On Thursday the voicemail was full..on Friday I called at 8am and was on hold for three hours at the 4th position, originally 6th… it’s now 6pm on Dec 31st and I still do not have my results.. and no communication as to why… do not use this if you need results fast and cannot find at home tests. I don’t have insurance until tomorrow so I this was my option .. obviously not the best option.

  • Do Not Use This!

    Someone recommended me this website so I decided to try it. I make my rapid test appointment everything is good. I try to contact someone via chat because I have a couple of questions and it’s been 24 hours and no one has responded to my questions. But they were able to send me a message telling me about my appointment reminder in the same chat I was asking the questions. I ended up finding a local service near me for a rapid test same day so I decided to take that test. I in Italy didn’t need to use sick. Org anymore so I wanted to cancel. They don’t make it easy for you to cancel the only way is to call. I called and waited 45 min for someone to pick up the phone. Once I was able to talk to someone she told me I can cancel but because I paid already I was not going to get my money refunded. I told her well it doesn’t make sense if I’m cancelling then I should receive my money back and she said “no because you’re choosing to cancel and we charged you already” I was trying to get her to refund me money but it didn’t work so I told her to just leave my appointment for the rapid test as is and I’ll just keep the rapid test for whenever I need it in the future. Horrible service! Seriously do not waste your time and money! Now I’m thinking this is literally a scam because they make it difficult for you to cancel.
