I don’t really understand the negative reviews. I had such a great and easy experience. I was quite skeptical Bc of all the negative comments but honestly everything went so smooth. They showed up in the morning with the test, I took the test and within 15 minutes had the results emailed to me (this was the rapid test). Quick convenient and easy. My husband is on his way to the laker game right now. And I have already sent this information to my sister in laws for our girls trip to Chicago in 2 weeks. I am vaccinated but they are not and will need to do this to be cleared. So easy. 10/10 recommend.Show lessMJROX25
Bugs Out
The app keeps sending me to the App Store so as to download the app because when scheduling an appointment it does so through the website, which the website works to direct me to download the app even though I already have the app! So I am using the app, which uses the website to schedule appointments, which sends people to download the app and so on and it throws me into a cycle that is annoying to deal with. If the function of the website is to direct people to the App Store, maybe either change that functionality in the website or develop the app so that you can schedule appointments through the app only and not the website included. I know it might be easier to use the app in conjunction with the website, but I would suggest an investment into keeping church and state, website and application, separate.Show lesslittle johon
Awful
Truly horrible experience. The first time was fine it was an hour late but it went good so I saw no harm in coming back! Wrong! I was trying to get a Covid test to be on the safe side. Made an appointment for 11am one day nothing! No call no message nothing! Called and messaged plenty. Got replies saying that due to high demands I didn’t get tested one day. That I would be put on priority for the next day. Next day comes nothing all day. Honestly horrible communication like just tell me you won’t be doing my test so that I can move on instead of waiting! Truly horrible to be adding this stress when someone is already terribly sick and just trying to take precautions to avoid getting other sick! Don’t use this app honestly avoid it. At Home Covid Testing
I signed up for the Covid At Home Test. The process was simply but what was spectacular was the consistent communication from registering to getting my results. The process was efficient and I received my testing kit days ahead of my test date. On the test date, I received a link via text that I simply clicked on which connected me to a live virtual nurse who walked me thru the entire process. The test took only a few minutes with her guidance. Once I completed the test, within a couple hours, I received a text and a courier was outside my door to pick up the test. Bu the next day, I received my results.

Quick and easy
My city (Irvine,Ca) partnered with them to provide at home COVID testing. I was able to get a drop off test at home within 2 hours (11am), it came within 1 hour. I was able to get a teledoc appointment within 5 minutes. I put my test on my porch and it was picked up by 1:30. I received my test results 24 hours later .
It was easy and quick, but I think it’s because my city contracted with them and it was during normal hours that they were to do a fast turnaround.
I would suggest anyone that has a tight deadline to go in person to a place to get it done.Show lessPopoki_99
Why Would You Go Anywhere Else?
This entire process was awesome! I was skeptical at first giving my info and ID. But I am so glad I did! It was amazing they brought me the Rapid test with a friendly driver and I did the rest via video from the link they sent me with a dr. It was done with less than 10mn! And I am here back on the app to get my proof of results so I can show whoever needs to see it? I recommend this to anyone who needs it! It's like DoorDash to your home! No waiting periods or dr approval to get a test. They can even mail you a test if you're out of their service area and then log on and do the test with a dr. your convenience. 👏👏👏🙏🏻☦️♥️What a blessing! Well to be honest with you I’ve received excellent service excellent care the drivers are amazing they care for people every day and I’m sure I have to deal with a lot so I just wanted to say thank you to those drivers delivering the test kits because you guys are amazing and you must endure a lot throughout your day! If you have never tried this service before I highly recommend it was so easy and the fact that I got to talk to a doctor wow amazing! Terrible. Just go get tested in-person. It will be faster and save you time.
Scheduling the drop off was fine, though the delivery driver said they did not have key information that I had previously entered when scheduling the drop off. Scheduling the video appointment was fine, but glitchy video. What’s terrible is that this all happened two days ago, but no one has come to pick up the test. I have reached out 7 times now and the only answer I received was that they once again needed key information that I had already entered on the app. As I was told by the doctor I spoke with over the video chat, I should had expected to receive my results no later than today. I now will have to wait another 1-2 days for my results, and that’s ONLY IF someone responds to my several pick-up requests. And I have these people personal information?? What a joke.
I’m taking this test as a precautionary measure. I can’t imagine what it’s like for people who need this as clearance for work/etc. or who are actually sick. Do not use this service.Show lessMile High Lagniappe

It’s been a horrible experience for 2 days now with this app . On top of being terribly sick . I made a appt for the covid test at 8am for 3pm time ….. no one showed up so i called 2 times was on hold for over 30 minutes. Hung up because did I mention I’m sick ! Then got a message from grace at midnight saying she’s sorry she missed our appointment time but I’m able to reschedule so immediately when i saw the message the following morning i replied yes any time again I’m sick and am not leaving the house , didn’t hear back from anyone for two hours and when i did hear back from them they were asking for a copy of my insurance card not to confirm my appointment time , that was at 10 am so after messaging back several times I got a response saying that they had a driver on the way and that they would let me know the eta (that was 7 hours ago) so i called and messaged several times and I’m still waiting for a response and again was on hold for 30 minutes. STAY AWAY
Scheduled my appointment or an at home COVID test with no issues, then day of, no one contacted me and it was past my appointment time so I called. The call center said someone was on their way and to keep my phone on me. An hour passed, I called back (in the meantime I was chatting within the app but had 20 minutes in between responses and was getting frustrated). When I finally got someone else on the phone an hour and a half after my appointment they said they do not offer rapid tests in GA, mind you I was required to type my FULL ADDRESS to even schedule the appointment and select the appointment type, so WHY would it have allowed me to schedule and select rapid test if I had shown I lived in GA.
