  • Took forever and unorganized

    I ordered a covid test for today from 7-9am I didn’t receive it until 11:38 it took until 12:10 after that to get a video call. While waiting on my order I got a text around 10am saying I have one on the way and then at 11:10 I was told my order was delivered. There was no order delivered after waiting in a queue on the phone to speak with someone I was 14 in line they couldn’t tell me anything, they didn’t know if it was delivered to the wrong place all they said was the driver would call me. I received a call later on and I was told I didn’t have an address imputed, that was untrue at I have everything saved before paying for my order. I will not use this app again you are better off using curative it’s free and better service.

  • They are wonderful

    I was starting to feel sick and couldn’t get a test anywhere but for a week out. I paid the money for the 24 hour PCR test. They texted me the next day and said the lab was running behind and because they couldn’t keep the commitment to the 24 hour test, they would either refund my money or let me come right over to take an on-site PCR test. I thought that was amazing. I went because I was having symptoms and I did test positive. They have been in constant contact with me by message anytime I write and I think this was a godsend. They are very professional and I was grateful they were available. I understand there are some free PCR tests out there but sometimes you have to wait a week or more to get them; when you’re sick, you need help. Great company.

  • Very disappointed

    It started great with having the tests delivered pretty quickly and the tests were done with great help over video chat. Afterwards the tests were outside as agreed but nobody picked them up. Nobody was available by phone, via text message or through the website. Only after leaving a bad review on Facebook someone got back to us. It took over 38 hours just to get the tests picked up. I know that there is a lot of requests happening right now, but for a service, that is charging money for it, I expect more. The free testing services from the local authorities are better.
    Also, the app is not working well. It shows that there are new messages, but when I click on messages, they disappear within a second. The app asked me to rate it, but I clicked on ‘not now’. Since then, every time I’m in the app, the App Store opens automatically after 5 seconds or less even after leaving 1 star. When clicking on help with app, I get forwarded to a website, which is for physicians which work with this app.
    I definitely don’t recommend this service. You are better off with the free services from your local authorities.

  • This will crash and burn in a couple months

    It was great at first. Seemed to good to be true. And of course it was exactly that. First 2 visits were great super easy. 3r time they forgot to pick up my test and no one answered the 24/7 support line. I have left many messages no one ever gets back to you. Finally 2 days later someone picked it up. Again same problem only this time no doctor ever appeared for my appointment only 2 days later did they appear. Again no doctor appeared and no one ever picked up my test I had to schedule another appt to have someone pick it up. And they want you to upload a credit card so that they can charge late fees lol!!! BIG RED FLAG. Now I have to pay late fees due to their lack of service???? If it’s due to short staff do us a favor and shut it down until you can properly figure out this system cause you’re just screwing hard working people hoping to keep their job with this bogus mandate. I recommend CVS or Walgreens not this crap that just wants to get you on the fees when it’s their service that causes these issues. Will be taking my business else where. Keep in mind they charge your insurance as well. Check your insurance just in case cause these people are suspect.

  • Thank you guys!

    With the variety of new testing businesses out there, it’s hard to know who is reliable and really fast. I had zero problem experimenting here - while at home protecting others, when you go test at a dr’s office. The test drop off was 3h early (on super busy day pre holidays) and waiting room to chat to dr. under 5m. Test results were exactly at 12h from pick up (instead of 24h). I’m only writing this review for people like me who trust no one. These guys have it together. Thank you! App is jumping around sometimes but that’s an easy fix hopefully

  • App needs bug fixes

    The service itself has been great - with the exception of significant delays but that is understandable given the surge. I like that it connects me to a healthcare provider who can watch that I’m doing the test correctly and everything.

    My only issue is with the app itself. It’s extremely buggy. The messages will disappear sometimes or I get sent error messages. The landing page shows inaccurate information about my appointment details. Filling out personal information has been weirdly difficult because of how buggy the app is.

  • Extremely disappointing, poor service

    I tried using this service as it advertised free rapid covid tests, however my experience has been very poor. The "24/7" customer service does not exist, it takes hours to receive a response. I scheduled a test for Tuesday the 21st and the service scheduled me for Monday, I messaged right away early in the day to reschedule and didn't receive an answer until midnight.

    The test still arrived on Monday, then I received a text Tuesday morning about delivery for another test - I was double booked. Then, the "free" test I ordered charged me $25 anyway.

    At 11am I joined my telemedicine appointment (because apparently you cannot just take your test on your own or it is invalid and you are charged $25). I have been waiting nearly 2 hours, still sitting in the "exam room" with no update or communication. I messaged the "24/7" app multiple times with no response. So next I tried calling....I have been on hold for 35 minutes with the supposed wait time as "25 minutes" for the entirety. Two hours of waiting, zero communication.

    Perhaps this service meant well and just got out-scaled with the holiday requests. Maybe it was always poorly managed but the issues weren't obvious until they were busy. But my experience has been an absolute disaster and I regret using it. I should have just bought a test from CVS.

  • Stealing Money

    I order for this to be free, you have to see their online doctor otherwise you will be charged $25. I waited in the virtual waiting room for an 1h30m (was told it’d be 5minutes) and still was not seen. I called and messaged the support desk to ask when i’ll be seen, sent photos of my test, and notes the waiting room time, asked to waive the charge since i did show up to the appt… but received no response until the day. They are unless. The reply i received did not answer my questions, instead gave me a link to see the doctor again. I don’t have time to wait around for a doctor again… THATS WHY I SCHEDULED IT FOR THE DAY BEFORE!!! Anyways, i don’t recommend Sick. They are terrible and just scamming you out of money.

  • Never Again

    This seemed like a great opportunity…. It’s 24/7 concierge, deliver to your home. I heard good things from a friend that recommended it but terrible all in all. I tried it multiple times because figured maybe they are just busy, but nope. Never again will I use this service. My first time I needed to get test for a flight. I ordered my kit 2 weeks in advance, appointment day came and met with the doctor. I was told someone would come pick up my finished kit and no one came. I messaged and called and no response. Eventually I got someone and they couldn’t pick it up until the next morning. Almost 24 hours later and the results were not enough. So I need to schedule a rapid test which nearly caused me to miss my flight. Thank God I ended up not needing the 24 hour test to leave the country. Then I tried it again and customer service was poor, the last time was today. I scheduled and appointment because of a Covid scare. I received my kit after they canceled one of my appointments.I rescheduled and then the doctor never picks up. I waited 30 minutes and tried messaging and calling and no response it’s been 12 hours since my scheduled appointment. Will not recommend this to anyone especially if you are need the service.

  • Lots of potential but unable to deliver

    This service sounded great especially since we needed to test our whole young family. Information is a misleading though - results are not within 24 hours of either receiving your test, taking your test or even when your test is picked up. It’s from when the lab receives it, which for us was almost 24 hours after the window opened for the tests to be dropped off. Also, no response when I sent messages on the app, I kept have errors when trying to schedule (took 40 mins to make 5 appointments) and when I called the help line I was told the wait was 13 minutes and it ended up being an hour. They are not staffed to deliver on their promises.
