  • On hold forever and no doctor showed

    I started feeling covid symptoms the night before my flight. I stay up all night and I order for a rapid test to arrive between 7-9 am. It didn’t arrive til 10:30. I tried having my appointment and I was on the page for 4 hours and no doctor ever showed up. I was on hold with the customer service line for 7 hours. Finally I gave up and decided to press 0 to leave a voicemail. The voice mailbox was full. I paid $50 for this rapid test and potentially might have to pay an additional $25 because no one has instructed me how to take it. I’ve only felt worse and worse and can’t find anywhere that has covid testing available the rest of this holiday week and I don’t even know if I have covid or not or how I can test for it now.

  • Great idea, poor execution

    They did drop off my PCR test for my family an hour or 2 late but that’s fine. The issue was when we had to wait for the doctor to do the best! I literally was in the waiting room for over 2.5 hours. I mean, it’s no terrible since I waited at home and was able to work and be with the kids but There needs to be some sort of indication of what number in line you are. The doctor did finally get through to us. The tests were picked up late at night and I just got my results now. But it says I need to download the app to see results. But I cannot download the app for my kids! I won’t let me see my kids results! This whole thing is just annoying.

  • Slow, unreachable. Forgetful

    I was so excited to learn about this service. I thought we would try it when my son became sick. The test was dropped off. We logged in for our appointment. We waited for 30 minutes then someone came on. We did the test and put it outside our door. The next day the tests were still there. I sat on the phone for over an hour trying to talk to someone. The only way someone spoke with me was by chat. This happened to me several times. We were given a rapid test for my son that was quick. Then we ordered 3 more PCR tests for the whole family. They were dropped off. We waited 2 hours for someone to come on camera for the tests. It took 4 hours for someone to pick them up. Every phone call I made I was on hold for over an hour. No one ever called back from the messages I left. It made the process more frustrating.

    Lastly if you go to make an appointment it does not hold onto the info you already submitted. You have to resubmit your id and insurance info. What about kids that have no ID? Why are family members not saved once they are in the system?

  • Delivery and app issues but overall good

    I’m an actor in Los Angeles that needs rapid Covid tests for being on set. This week I decided to test out Sick. (An unfortunate name for an app, but I set my brain for the “80’s Hip Hop definition of “Sick” :-) ) Setting the info up was easy. The test itself with the RN live help and the doctor verification was friendly and the negative test was in the app that I saved off while still on the video call. That is the four stars The star off. THE DELIVERY yes. I understand that the backlog of getting tests to homes is daunting. But sincerely: I could have driven to Kaiser three times and got the test than the five hour wait to have it delivered. When the driver finally got a hold of me he assumed I gave up. I said I was still at my home, and even sent a picture of my porch table he could leave the envelope and ring our doorbell Probably out of embarrassment he left the kit on the porch table and never knocked. I was informed by the app. So yeah. Better delivery would be good… THE APP KEEPS PUTTING ME HERE. Well here I am. I hope maybe it will now stop sending me to the App Store for an already downloaded app. If this bug issue can be fixed it would be also…A Good Thing. All relatively new services has growing pains. Fix the delivery and this app and Sick is five star golden. Shaun Landry-Summers

  • I would highly recommend this product!

    This has been a great service, beats trying to schedule a rapid test at a local pharmacy! I did have trouble being seen in the waiting room, which led me to messaging and calling their help line. After speaking with them the same person helped me and from there is has been great. My test was delivered and I met with a nurse who walked me through the test, we waited 10, they came back, read the test and sent me the results! I will make this my go to for testing as it comes to you and their delivery windows are accurate. They do ask for payment, but this is to make sure you don’t miss the appointment, which I understand. Thanks for this service, it’s Sick! All pun intended!!

  • If you’re on any sort of deadline avoid them like the plague

    It was a compelling offer - PCR test with next day results and travel certified for free. As it turns out, it’s too good to be true. Hack job of a startup that touts “24/7 Concierge” but in reality is using an understaffed offshore service center that doesn’t respond to messages. Took my test on Monday morning, handed back a couple of hours later, and then radio silence for 36 hours. I called on weds morning after no responses for 12 hours to my messages and was told that there were delays getting tests to the lab and they are trying to update the app to reflect that. Such a joke. I had to pay for a same day antigen test elsewhere as a result of this junk service. Do yourself a favor and avoid them!!!

  • Only do rapid do not do pcr with this app

    Rapid test was 10/10 easy quick results nice doctor easy instruction

    1/10 Every time I message and ask where my results are it’s a new person and then they asked me for my information over and over again and there is no resolve there is no feedback on when I’m getting my test results back I had to Take two extra days of work off because my test results are in and I can’t go to work if I’m waiting on results. The date on expected results keeps changing. Then one person said lab hadn’t received my test yet. The other person said to wait patiently and they will get back to me next time i messaged it was a new person who i had to re explain story over

  • Lost my wife’s test

    Eager to try a service that does in home testing, we ordered a PCR test on a Sunday morning, 60 hours before we needed the result. Once completing the test, It took them almost 16 hours just to retrieve the test back, not picking it up until mid day on a Monday, and as of Tuesday at 10am, the swab has not even reached the lab yet. The PCR is required today by 3pm, and with no way to guarantee it, we now have to pay $250 out of pocket for a same day PCR that is guaranteeing results in only a few hours. Something that would have cost me $75 to do yesterday with Same Day Health, now $250 because we couldn’t rely on Sick. I know most hater reviews are user error, or unreliable reviews, but this was straight up bad luck on our part, and sadly, the delay from Sick is going to end up costing me $250. Users beware. Maybe it works perfectly for you. Also, it might not. Really bummed.

  • This is Amazing!

    This service was absolutely amazing! I got the information from the principal of my old Elementary school, I ordered my text in less then 5 minutes. I was so amazed because they dropped off my test in 1 hours. The doctor I spoke with was friendly and so helpful, I was blown away that I was giving access to a physician with such ease.
    I did a throat swab, I was expecting to do a nasal swab but he instructed me to do it the same as a strep throat swab. After completing my test they wanted to pick up the test with in the hour but it was already 7:00pm so I schedule it to be picked up the next day. The next morning, I texted the driver(I’m assuming) that I had a test that needed to be picked up. They came and picked up my test around 10:00am. I received my negative results 24 hour later. This was an amazing experience. So impressed, this will be the only way I test from now on.

  • Not a good experience

    I made 4 appointments for my family to get the rapid test. They dropped off the PCR that is the first mistake. We went ahead and did that test. We needsd results back by Friday we did test on Tuesday night. They constantly asked for information over and over to verify birthday’s, Names, Medical info. Then I get a message that they were dropping off 4 more test when they should have been picking up are test. 2nd mistake. The person had change the info to pick up. The next mistake was the worst one I only received my results. All appointments were made under my account. I call in and they send me 2 out of the 3. My Child is not in the system no results. The person on the phone said it got overlapped with my results and wants me to rescheduled the test. They should have it rescheduled and new test dropped off to me and done in same day. the person said no that I have reschedule his test. this is a Major issue and to many mistakes to risk my child not to be able attend an event that he been waiting for which was a birthday gift. My son is 12. I recommend CVS testing over this.
