Charge for taxi but not confirmation of booking
Please can you send me the contact details regarding charge for Taxi, that never got confirmed on the app, it said failed but sill charged me for it.

Taxi Ride
I scheduled a ride to go to the pharmacy after having surgery, my driver showed up 10 minutes early, helped me and my walker out of the house and drove me to the pharmacy. The driver was kind and courteous and helped me get out of the cab along with my walker. I will definitely recommend them as well as use them again.

Appalling App
App seems to gradually get worse. Used to be you couldn’t book in advance, only for now. Then it stopped allowing even that. Now it won’t accept any payment method. Tried calling them, they said to update app, but it’s already updated. They said to uninstall and reinstall which I did. Exactly same result. If it wasn’t for the fact they are cheaper I wouldn’t even bother trying with this app. But as it is right now, even if I want to book them, the app will not let me.

Double charged and bad reservation
I prebooked a cab using this app because it’s what the website of the cab company I’m used to booking through had me do. When the driver arrived the next day he was complaining how he had to come from across town and take a toll road to get to me. When the ride was complete he had me pay with my credit card even though I prepaid. He assured me if I got double charged he would clear one of those transactions out later in the day. He never did. Don’t waste your time and money with this one

Yellow Cab Alexandria Virginia
As usual I booked my taxi in advance. As usual, I got updates as to the location of my taxi and it’s progress towards my home. As usual, the taxi arrived a few minutes early, loaded our luggage and had a nice ride to the airport. I have used Alexandria Yellow cab for 30 years and they have always been on time. The set the standard!!

Doesn’t Work
I tried to input my home address in the app and it wouldn’t recognize it. I did the same thing when just setting a destination, and that didn’t work, either. I’m sure the app could be useful, but I literally can’t use it if I can’t even input my address. It’s a good idea in theory for those with social anxiety related to calling to scheduling pickups; if only it worked.
