Hi, I couldn’t find where to contact you and write a complaint sooooo.. I’ve just gotten my first worldpackers opportunity but on the app the additional fee icon was not present. Which it is present on the website. This is an icon that should be present on the app as now that the confusion has settled I’ll have to change my plans and have waited here a few days which was now unneeded. Otherwise the app is pretty good. But I think I’ll double check with the website from now on.
*I ended up finding the contact and they responded quite quickly and were very happy to help me. So I’m happy with my experience with them. Their app is very easy to read and use though and it is formatted better then the other ones. Just needs more opportunities in some countries and then it’ll be gold. 🙂Show lessmirillaR

a bit suspicious
I found a few cool sounding opportunities but read the reviews and found 1 star reviews that detailed being manipulated or abused by their host. I’m confused why those listings are still allowed to be up and now suspicious of the safety of any of the ones on the app since it seems like there is a carelessness towards potential travelers by not removing unsafe situations or screening hosts.

Hi, Rey! Thanks for your feedback ✈️ We are constantly reviewing the hosts in our platform. All the bad reviews wrote by travelers are analyzed and we talk with the traveler and the host about it. Now, about the app: what is not loading? We tested but looks ok. Could you describe the problem, please? Our support team can resolve this with you, just send an email to support@worldpackers.com. So, I recently found out that you can become and expert workdpacker and they had programs you could sign up for etc. So I'm logged in and go to check out the programs and it tells me to "log in to apply"
I already am logged in? Anyways, I click the button to log in and it takes me to the log in screen so I login through facebook and it takes me back to the home screen. So I go to click on my profile page where it has the "Become and expert" button and it logs me out of my account. So naturally I log back in and it's just a never ending cycle. It says I'm logged in but when I go to check out the expert programs it says I'm not when I AM. It even logs me out when I go to click on my profile. I would like to become and expert but the app keeps saying I'm not logged in and I haven't logged in when I am c l e a r l y on my account. Fix it, please, it's very frustrating.Show lessMaeflower93
