  • THE WORST SERVICE

    DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. You’re better off being dropped off by friends/family or other reputable ride shares like Uber or Lyft. This is what I’ll do moving forward.

    My first time experience was horrible. The drivers are rude and do not offer to help with loading luggage. The reservation allows Prime Time Shuttle to track your flight in the event of delays or timing the arrival. Upon arrival, there was a slight delay due to technical difficulties of the plane. These outside factors are outside of the person’s control but should be understandable on behalf of the ride service - I would believe so. The driver did not communicate with me upon arrival, instead I had to follow-up with them. The drivers do not have positive attitudes, exaggerate their waiting times (despite having the flight information) and they let you know they can leave you - even though you booked/paid in advance. Just know that you will not have a smooth service with this company. I wish I never booked this.

  • Easy to use and amazing service

    Had a great, kind driver who was there exactly on time and got me to my destination early. Thank you so much Primetime for a seamless process! Will definitely be using again soon
  • App is buggy, but the service is good.

    I have used Prime Time Shuttle for several years, but this was the first time I used the app.

    It has an issue with refreshing information. The vehicle tracker said that my driver was 34 minutes away one minute and 3 minutes away the next minute.

    I was able to get to LAX on time as always, and I don’t believe the reviews on this app reflect the ultimate goal of Prime Time. Adding an extra star to boost the past experiences I have had with the company.

  • App doesn’t work for Mobile views

    This app is not adjusted for an iPhone view, it’s pretty worthless. The login is blocked in the left upper corner, you can’t tap it. Next, you cant scroll sideways to see the car type that is picking you up, which is to the right of the driver info. Also, just badly designed as far as seeing where your driver is on a map. The app is useless for what you actually need it for.

    barely functional-- the mobile website would be better if they didn't obscure the majority of the functions with a banner telling you to download the app.

  • Can’t create an account

    I’ve booked round-trip rides to/from the airport thru PrimeTime’s website for an upcoming trip. Per their suggestion, I’ve attempted to download & use their app for better tracking & communication with the driver. Unfortunately the app will not allow me to create an account. I used the chat feature on the app and was referred to the customer service help-line. The rep told me not to worry about the app and just call dispatch if there are any issues. I hope there aren’t any issues.

  • TERRIBLE COMPANY - DON’T USE FOR LAX

    This use to be a good company, however the last 2 times we’ve used Prime Time Shuttle, they have failed us. Today, after having a reservation over a week in advance, they canceled our reservation at the time they should have been picking us up - they left my family and me stranded in the middle of LAX. They just don’t care about their customers…period! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  • Garbage Service

    Stranded me and my family at the airport 1 hour after confirming that our reservation was good despite the flight being delayed 30 minutes. Re-assured me that they would be keeping tabs on our flight an would have a driver there. They lied. Do not trust this car service they will hang you and your loved ones out to dry.

  • Extremely unprofessional

    Driver came to my pickup location an entire hour early to eat. I contacted him to add another passenger to the car and he aggressively insisted that the second passenger pay in cash. Then I contacted customer service and they don’t me adding 1 more passenger does not require an extra cost. I tried to cancel the ride and get a refund because I did not feel safe riding with the given driver after that conversation but they told me I needed to cancel 6 hours in advance to get a refund. I told them if my driver hadn’t arrived early and therefore inhibited me from editing my reservation, there would be no need for a cancellation yet they still refused a refund.
