Awful, Useless App!
I entered my destination airport and the app routed me from my pick up location to my drop off location. It took me over half an hour to get someone on the phone to adjust their mistake, which also changed the price they quoted me.
Their "live chat" help service responded to me once, asking how they could help me (in all lower case letters). Through the entire ordeal and all the messages I sent them they never responded again until after I got off the phone with the agent.

Buyer Beware!!!
This app basically stole $5 from me. They asked for my credit card before reviewing all the information and charged it right away. They do not have a way to modify the reservation and charge a $5 cancellation fee that they claim does not go to them but their credit card processor.Jander8786
Useless
It requires a phone number to set up a new account, but you get a message that the app cannot send texts. US phone number. So, you cannot even start it. I actually have an account already, and it doesn't recognize it. Not sure why a company wants to spend money on producing a garbage app like this.%_Mike_%
