Not iPhone mini friendly
Home Screen not sized for iPhone 12 mini. As a result touch spots are buggy and hard to hit. Once you get through that the actual booking and driver experience is great.littlebigman7
Good app. Great prices- especially for LA
The app and ease of use is great. The reliability of car pick up and customer support are horrible.
Driver for ride to airport was 25 minutes early, called to find out where we were, if we were ready, and why we weren’t ready.
The driver for our return trip from airport, cancel without contacting us, 10 minutes before arrival. The apps chat function customer service could not tell us more than to wait- no follow up. After multiple requests to just wait we found another ride home. They did cancel our reservation very quickly and refunded us. And considering how poorly designed LAX’s pick up system is, there is no surprise that there are issues in the airport - save for taxi cabs.
It’s a shame- the drivers who work for Prime Time that we spoke with who were waiting to pick up other riders were very nice and helpful. The cost was very competitive-especially since UBER/LYFT are gouging the rider and shorting the driver. There needs to be an alternative to Uber and Lyft.

Don’t use
Booked a round trip and the first leg from home to airport was nice. Flight was delayed coming home and even though the driver had our flight info AND I called him to tell him it was delayed, he said he was unable to come pick us up and there were no other drivers to take the ride. The App still charged my CC and when disputed, the app company lied and said that the driver was available and VISA wouldn’t remove the charge. Terrible customer service. Please do not use this service
I wish I was making this up but I booked a ride for 1130pm only to find my driver was finishing another one and would be 30 mins late. Then they switched my driver after refusing a refund, and after waiting 30 mins for that they told me they had a mechanical issue and couldn't get to me. Worst possible service
A word to the wise…do not use this company for any transportation needs. I don’t understand how they are even still in business. Worst service ever.BARELY NORMAL
Good app, good service
Not sure if this is because of a recent update but as of Jan 2020, the app and the private shuttle service is awesome. I booked for friends who needed a one way ride from LAX to Ontario. It was seamless. I even had to adjust the pick up time the night before (they automatically add an hour buffer after your listed arrival). BRING CASH with you to tip your driver :)Show less1800marwin

Poor service rude employees
I contacted them because when booking it showed one price then checking out it went up $30.00. Called them and they said that prices go up anytime. Asked to speak to a manager said I could not. Will never use them again.5UnHappy
