  • Always working

    I have had this account and app for about 12 years. Though the banking part of it could use some help, the App has ALWAYS been reliable, fast and accurate. Like any app there are times here and there where it’s a little slow or may lag, but that may be my phone carrier or the signal strength wherever I am vs being the apps fault. All in all the SMI one app is a great app, easy and reliable. Thanks to the people that work hard behind the scenes to make sure we as the consumers have a seamless and pleasant experience every time we open the app.

  • Great App!

    If you use the SMIOne card, you should definitely get this app. It has every feature you would need with any kind of credit card or debit card app. I really like that I am able to dispute charges immediately over the app and see a refund within hours of doing the dispute. You are able to lock your card if there’s a problem, order a new card if there’s an issue, check your history, everything.

  • App is good, customer service not so much

    The app runs great and is great for watching your transactions. But if you happen to have card information stolen trying to get a replacement card is not as user friendly as it could be. The only information given online is a phone number to call. As a person that is hard of hearing that is less than ideal. Even after trying to get additional information through email is frustrating as you can ask a direct question and the responding email will not answer the question.

  • Bill pay

    For some reason I have to log out and log back in several, and I mean SEVERAL, times to try and make a payment. It doesn’t allow you to modify the payment without it. It just shows that it’s loading and everything is frozen at this point. What’s the point of having a system that’s supposed to allow you to make a payment on time if it takes you over an hour to try and make 1 payment? Something’s gotta give. Come up with a better app or let us pay a different route. Very disappointing when you have little time in your busy life to spare it trying to make a payment that takes sometimes days to pay since the app won’t function as it should.

  • App needs an update

    I need to deposit a check and it keeps telling me that I can’t access the deposit check feature until the latest version of the app is applied and when I go to update there are no new updates available and says I’m on the latest version of it. I’ve even tried to remove the app and redownload it and it still didn’t work. Will change to 5 stars once I’m able to get this fixed

    The app is fine, but the actual SMI card policies stink and it’s a rip off that you can only make one withdraw from the ATM per month without them charging you $3.00 and if you check your balance from the ATM machine they charge you $.50 and if you use your card and you don’t have quite enough money for your purchase they’ll charge you another $.50 even though the transaction did not go through.
    Someone is making a lot of money on these pathetic fees and whoever that someone is, is a real jerk because this is a child support debit card.

  • What is the point of facial recognition?

    The facial recognition on the app is pointless because the app constantly wants you to log in with the user name and password even if you have facial recognition enabled. I just entered my credentials less than a week ago and it’s still logged out again. This is not by my own doing. I‘m all for security but why have the feature if it doesn’t work. Also sometimes the app doesn’t automatically give you the log in box if you have facial recognition enabled. This leads me to believe that there is a glitch in the system or the app just doesn’t work all the time.

  • Consistent Face ID login issue

    The app has a convenient way to check your balance. However, there are some issues with logging in using the Face ID feature. When, using the face ID feature, it works like 2-3 times before the system boots you out and frequently asked you to re-enter your credentials manually after it has already identified your face. Normally I like using Face ID because it is a convenient and fast way to log in, but having to put everything in manually get annoying and inconvenient for customers… Sometimes I don’t have time when I’m trying to make purchases. What’s the point of having face ID if you have to keep entering your credentials in manually every other time you use the app?
    I have an iPhone, so, when the face ID read your face, it will give you a check mark if it has identified you. I get a check mark every time and still the system wants me to enter my credentials. So annoying!!! Fix it please this app would be so perfect if this feature was fixed.

  • Even with face recognition still have to log in

    I love having an app to check my card info. But I have an issue where even with Face ID it still makes me put in my whole user name and password. Idk what the point of the face log in if I still have to put in all my info. I wouldn’t mind having to do a Face ID and a 4 digit pin like my other bank does, but definitely don’t like the Face ID and still having to use my full user name and pass.

    Also sometimes when it does the Face ID it will tell me I still need to log in with my user name and pass, but just sit on a load type screen. I though it might be my internet but it only an issue on this app so idk.

  • Great app except that

    I had this app for many years and never had a problem except for the last few days I tried to log in then it says please re enter your log in information again . I clicked ok and it keeps trying to upload and never loads … so I haven’t been able to check my balance for like 5 days already
