convenient easy to use informative helps you keep track of your spending balance and fees it’s a great app and a great card i actually received it from child support to get the few and far between payments deposited on but i use it for everything now including my own payroll deposits it does stink that most of my coworkers get their pay a day or two before me but i still get it and there are no fees for using the card at all just hard to find an atm near me when i need to make withdrawls but i use it to pay my bills and such it’s awesome!Show lessanon7780
Great App!
I have used this App for years now. It works great and so convenient when I need to check my balances. I have two cards loaded to this App and I’m sure you could add more. I think the only feature I would add would be is where I could just look up deposits for certain time periods sense it’s one of the things we need to report when we apply for state assistance. Horrible App!!
If I could give zero stars I would! This app continuously logs you out after setting up biometric login, and then tells you your password is incorrect when try to manually enter it. For example, I ended up having to change my password AGAIN today. I saved the password, AGAIN, and setup face recognition sign in, AGAIN. I logged in and checked my balance with zero issue after changing the password. I got a notification of a withdrawal just an hour or so later so I go in to check it and as usual, AGAIN, it has changed the auto sign in and now asking for my password again. Fine, no problem, I just changed the password to the exact same password I use for everything, so I enter it and no shock at all “invalid password”!! I’ll be removing all direct deposits from this card and will never use this app again. Absolutely horrific. Not one single other app on my phone has this issue except for THIS ONE, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 3 times and still the same problem. It does this on my husbands phone as well leaving us constantly having to go in and “forgot my password” just to login. I also save the passwords in my notes so I can confirm it’s correct as well, so I know it’s the app. Such a waste of time!!Show lessKrismorrison87
Why so many fees???
I mean I literally have had this card for months now for “child support” and I always wonder why it seems as though one minute my balance is one thing but the moment I make a purchase I’m lower than I should be, so I finally check the app because the money is for my son but I noticed .50 here 1.75 there and it may not be much but ITS MY MONEY so why am I being charged to USE MY MONEY??? I mean the atm is already charging a fee and “SmiONE” is charging an additional fee heck no as of today I will be using my CHIME account they don’t “fee me” for MY MONEY especially considering I’m a struggling single parent who needs every dime at this point especially after COVIDShow lessCodysmuva
Great app!
This app is so simple to use it’s so easy to see all of my charges all my pending charges all of my deposits all of my withdrawals I can even transfer money between accounts with this app it’s great!It takes the hassle out of having to take The time out of my day to call theRepresentative number and then take God knows how long on a phone call when I can just open the app see if I got a deposit or see how much money I have left. I’ve never seen a banking app have the transaction amounts listed on the left. It looks bad and is harder to read. It should be on the right so the decimals line up. And why not show maybe the last 30 days of transactions by default instead of having to select the dates? I’m going back to the other SmiOne app if I can. Both apps need improvement, but this one is trash. The only thing I like about this one is it can use Face ID to unlock.Show lesslaunabella
Deposit
Doesn’t let you know that you have a pending deposit like all other bank apps do. Instead they tell you to check other places to find out when your deposit will be. Like that makes any sense to go to another website to find out if you are going to revive a deposit. Smdh just make your app where it shows pending deposits!!!Show lesssickoflosingstars
Few glitches
Overall, it’s the absolute most convenient app for checking the balance quickly. Every few weeks or so, it says host could not be found and I can’t sign in for a day or two. Also, while scrolling recent purchases it jumps from page to page making it very hard to find specific transactions. Other than that it’s nice to see the graphs of where it’s spent, the list of recent deposits and such a fast way to pull up an accurate balance.Show lessMothaDearest
SMIONE APP
I’ve had no issues with this app. It’s great that I can have my account balance in my transactions on the go at all times. Any time that I’ve ever had a problem and I called customer service they’ve always help me the best they could.MarieCorona0526
