This app is pretty basic and has good features but the problem is that when you’re scrolling through your purchase history and get to the bottom of the page, it automatically jumps to the next page before you can read the transaction at the bottom and then when you try to go back it automatically jumps back again...I find myself scrolling up and down repeatedly trying to look at one certain transaction before it auto jumps to the next page.
It should just have a feature where you press “next page” or “previous page” and doesn’t automatically scroll, because I have difficulty looking at the specific transaction I need to see.Show lessmilehighsusieq
Lost Without It!!
I honestly don’t know what I would do without this app. If you have SmiONE, you definitely have to get this app! They go hand in hand. Knowing makes a difference and you will know what is going on with this app and if it’s not on this app customer service representative are very nice and ALWAYS are so helpful when I get mixed up and lock myself out and can’t remember what I’m doing. I love having this app. It took me years to realize they even had an app but I enjoy being able to click one thing and my password rather than calling the card it’s self every time I need to check the balance!mommajoe b
Pretty good
So far the app is really good. I’ve only had it a few months. No glitches or freezing up. It’s very simple to maneuver through. It has everything you need plus more. The app also helps you manage your spending. I would recommend this to others.kckc86
Very convenient
I adore this app. I previously had the original and I truly liked that one as well but the platinum is that plus more because it allows me secure access and the charting for spending is the one thing I never knew I needed. Great app!
Always lets me know when a payment has gone through or when funds have been loaded. Touch ID to login makes it a lot easier to check my balance. Only flaw is that they need their own atm to withdrawal from without having to pay fees.VETTECHSAM

I 100% loves this app I love how if u have an iPhone u can use Face ID every time to login and love how i get notified when I get money loaded ontop the card .. I the app is way better then going through your internet to get ontop ur account instead of waiting for a paper check thanks smione :)mamabear261492
Just OK
This app is just OK. It tells you the expected balance, not the actual balance. So if you schedule a payment for 3 weeks from now, you can’t see your funds even if another deposit is scheduled for tomorrow. This is confusing. Also, the app won’t let you schedule payments even though deposits are scheduled. This puts you at risk of missing regular, predictable monthly bill payments. I don’t know this is the apps fault but it’s very dumb. Don’t try managing my budget for me, nanny, just hold the money and let me worry about it like a bank.Show lessprazan

So much easier using the app then calling the card every time I want to see how much is on my card. I love that it shows you the different categories you spend your money on. Been using the app for 2 weeks now and haven’t had any issues.k21ellis
