Please fix this!!
A few updates back my app after a week or so will not let me use my saved login information and it makes me “re-enter my information” on the website. Then my app will work again. I was hoping the new updates would fix it but no such luck. The most annoying and frustrating part, when you press okay to re-enter your info, the website will not load. It usually takes me trying for a day or two before it will finally load. And no going to the website yourself through your browser does not work. Before this the app was perfect!Show lessCourt9413

Waste of space. Do not get the app it takes longer than the web. I have to put my credentials in every time I want to check it. No point in wasting space on my phone when I literally have to do everything if not more than being on the web. The app doesn't even do anything special except use your finger print and even that is a struggle to get working. Just don't waste you time.Show lessKingRey95
The update needs to be updated
Before the update I would say I would have rated Smione with at least 5 star because it did work fine and it would only log me out once in a great while especially since I set up the bio. But now it hardly ever works and when I try to enter it manually it just the doohickey in the middle of my screen just keeps spinning and that I am unable to put my pin in. I was holding off about this review to give them time to fix the bugs in it. Well it been sometime now and it is starting to get on my nerves. Please fix the bugs and I will be glad to give you a 5 stars.Show lessLena-900

This is app is trash. They should have kept the previous one. This one will not connect no matter if you’re using Wi-Fi or cellular data more than half the time. I’ve had to delete and reinstall already at least 6-8 times in order to be able to use it even once only for it to refuse to connect AGAIN. They say “If it ain’t broke , don’t fix it.” Well you’ve broken what was already in good shape. ABSOLUTE INEFFECTIVE, INEFFICIENT GARBAGE!!!Show lessShonuff Shonia
Please Fix This Annoying App!
It used to be fine. But since the latest update it keeps logging me out and not allowing my facial recognization to work and then tells me my password is wrong. When trying to reset it it tells me there’s an error and doesn’t allow me to do so. I’m constantly locked out and I’m about to just cancel all this crap. A direct deposit will be easy to keep track of if this doesn’t change.Show lessMamaBearEssie
Glitches
This app use to be wonderful and so helpful. Ever since they updated it, its been utter trash. The login settings are a pain to deal with. Its visually not pleasing compared to the old version, and very often the login messes up and has me re-enter my login info and set up another thumb print in order to log in. Sometimes im lucky if the app even gives me the option to re-enter it, most of the time it gets stuck on a loading screen and ill have to turn off my phone and back on for the freakin login page to load🤦🏻♀️ FIX THIS CRAPShow lessPsycutic
Reset Login Credentials Not Working
Stop trying to fix things that aren’t broke! The previous app was just fine. With the new platinum app, 3 step reset for login credentials no longer works. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it; still doesn’t work. To check my balance I have to call customer service.Dblshot08
Anyone giving this 5 stars is crazy
You can’t transfer your own money to your bank. You can’t send money. You can’t view your card number to use it when you don’t have it with you. Every other prepaid card app I have lets you view the full card number. And don’t say it’s because of security because all of my other personal information is on this app. It has no capabilities, no function, and can’t even add the card to Apple Pay unless you have the physical card. I haven’t used SMIone in years and got a recent check deposited there between banks. I’m glad I just get direct deposit. 10/10 recommend that over this crap that holds your money in purgatory while you wait 5-7 business days for a card in the mail.Show lessHadhighhopes898
The wait
Every time I order a card it takes months for me to get a new card because I have to call and order another card. I have since getting my child support switched to this card have had to call more then once and wait and wait for a debit card to be delivered to me. And all I get is oh if you don’t get it after this day call and then they ship out another card that doesn’t end up coming so you call and report that one lost and wait for that card to be mailed. SmiONE is a joke and honestly can’t wait for child support to stop so I can be done with this place.Show lessDLar195
This app easy easy to use!
I can find atm’s at CVS, Kroger’s and some gas stations that don’t charge. Don’t check your balance on the machines or they will charge you! Otherwise I’m happy with how easy it is and very satisfied with this app.kmedley333
