I really enjoy the new Touch ID feature. And how it automatically pops up with the balance. Literally such a quick thing! It’s very user friendly. I use it and even my mother and grandmother are able to use it! 3 generations in 2019?!?! You can’t beat that on user friendly. I love how I can do anything on the app that I can in the website from my iMac. I can suspend the card and it lets u know when money is deposited or has been used and the amounts. The only problem is, Why did I wait so long to download????HoosierMama72

This app is great for a quick glance and your account. Shows up to date balance and detailed transactions. I use this app daily to keep up with my balance. I have a iPhone so the fingerprint access makes it very helpful to glance at balance quickly.Momma Bear Holly
Great App
This is a wonderful real time app!! The only thing I can say that needs improvement is sometimes it doesn’t want to open. You will log in and the app will circle like it’s going to open but it doesn’t. Other than that I love it and it’s far better than the text updates!!Chick4lyfe
Very convenient
When card has been used it automatically takes the money off and gives you an accurate amount of what is left. Also, if there is ever an over charge to your accounts it WILL be alerted and the funds will be placed back on your card within a few business days.Stage67875435
Way more informative than the mobile site
This app gives so much more information about your account and transactions than the website. The site is horrible. This has helped me keep better track of my transactions and I’ve never experienced any glitches or bugs or annoyancesMELiSSERT
Very Convenient!
I love having this versus having to call an automated service anytime I need to see the activity on my SMIONE card. Its so convenient to be able to just log in & see how much money I have, how much I've spent & what transactions are still pending. I also enjoy being notified when transactions have gone through on my card & when funds have been added.Show lessCJSimm11
This is fraud
The fact that the state would issue child support beneficiaries a card full of nothing but scam fees is nothing less than disgusting. The app shows everything clearly with the exception of how I am missing $100 of the $400 in money that has been loaded. I'm calling to have this card canceled immediately thru the child support agency and having paper checks sent. They cannot force this fraudulent card on people already struggling. The old card was perfectly fine. This is just a way to line the pockets of people I don't know with money intended for my children. This is criminal in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and cancel this card as soon as you possibly can.Show lessscamcard=smicard
Love the new app!
I would DEFINITELY recommend this app to anybody who uses SMIONE! It's quick and easy to use. I love that there's an app now! It's so much easier than having to log in on the website. I used to hate having to prove that I wasn't a robot by looking at a bunch of pictures of street signs and cars and stuff every single time I logged in - it took forever! Now that there's an app, it's so much quicker and easier! I get notifications instantly about any transaction made, which is great because it helps me keep track of exactly how much is on the card. Updating info or changing settings is super easy and quick, too! I just wish the payments didn't take two days to process and finally hit the account; although I think that has more to do with me living in Florida and where the bank SMIONE uses is located. But I love the app. It's really quick and simple. I know it's something very minute, but it really is the little things that make people happy. LolShow lessSarahK_87
