The app crashes after you try to make a restaurant reservation, and from that point forward it will crash a few seconds after opening the app.

This app worked while I was in the states. As soon as I got to Cabo Mexico it started crashing. The app is useful at the resort however I cannot use it. What is the point of the app if you can’t use it at the resort you’re staying.

I’ve never had a problem with this app in the last but when I arrived at the hotel, signed into WiFi and the app began crashing.

The application is constantly crashing and is not usable for finding information about the resort while here. If the front desk is trying to drive people to the app, then it has to be more stable.
Crashes within a second.
This app crashes within a second on my phone, my husbands and a friend’s phone. It worked a couple days ago and is very helpful and nice design when it works! We’ve all rebooted our phones and deleted and reinstalled the app without success. Hope this is fixed soon.
What a joke!
The virtual concierge is always “unavailable” and the app keeps shutting down before I can even doing anything with it! For as much as a paid for this stay, they have enough money to invest in a decent app. Fail.
Buggy
New version date controls do not work. Stuck on current date no matter what you enter. Updates to fields don’t take. Password issues continually.
