  • Easy to use, ready in 2 steps

I completed the 2fa in less than a minute. It took only two steps. Easy and simple.
  • Awful

I’m trying to use this on a new phone. None of the instructions on line or in the app are anywhere near helpful. I will have to contact the organization whose site I am trying to access to get help. Frustrated. And even submitting this review is a hassle. Get over yourselves.
  • What happened with the update?

Before the latest update my phone would notify me to approve the app. Now I have to unlock my phone, go into the app and then click the button. It was so much easier before. What happened?
  • Instructions hard to follow

I can’t believe something as important as this is so hard to use. Instructions should be written so that someone using it for the first time sees what needs to be done. Telling me to scan something on my monitor did not work. I had to re log I on a site on my desktop to see what I needed. Might have told this.

  • App Doesn’t like ios 13.2.3

Got a new iPhone 11Pro. On my previous iPhone, when I entered my name/password opening a CS Suite program on my PC, the Authenticator App opened automatically both on my iPhone & iWatch which added convenience. Now, I have to physically go to the App on my iPhone and click on it. At least that works. It no longer opens on my iWatch at all

  • Works fine

Working fine. Sometimes it glitches, but hopefully the new update takes care of that rare issue.
  • Won’t work with Haptic Touch

This app would work fine before iOS 13 and getting an iPhone 11. Now with the new haptic touch feature it doesn’t work from my lock screen and I hate it. Get it fixed please. I just want to get my work done and not have to open up my phone.

    Developer Response

Thank you very much for the feedback. With Force Touch being removed in iOS 13, acting on notifications from the home screen is slightly different. Rather than pressing hard on a notification to make the actions visible, long touch on the notification for about 2 seconds for the actions to appear. This is a system level change implemented in iOS 13 that cannot be configured at the Authenticator app level. If you are still unable to get actions to show on the lock screen, ensure you do not have the "Secure with Face ID/Passcode" switch enabled in the settings page of your Authenticator app. Your Authenticator app will still be secured behind your lock screen, but you will be able to act on notifications from a paired Apple Watch, or from the lock screen (once your face has been recognized). Again, your feedback is appreciated. We will update Help & How To articles to better reflect the way notifications are handled in iOS 13. Thank you!
  • Problem after problem
