Great Concept, Difficult to Use.
This program is provided by my work as part of our wellness program. I love the idea of it and how it makes exercising fun so you can get points to buy things. I think this app does a great job of motivating and get people moving.
The Bad:
PLEASE GET INTEGRATION WITH APPLE WATCH!!!! This app has extremely limited functionality with the Apple Watch. It’s frustrating to do all of your workouts, but you don’t get any points for them. Also, points are always lagging on uploading to Go365. I log into my app everyday and still have issues. I really wish Go365 would make uploading information more streamlined.

Lots of issues
First and foremost, syncing activity data is awful. I have no idea when the sync occurs, can’t see what’s synced, and it hasn’t synced for 5 days - don’t all the troubleshooting steps, others are complaining on the community site.
Second, as an activity tracking app, it’s lackluster. You can’t track individual events - such as, visit a park X days a week, there’s no tracking East cost, just send a picture when the challenge ends... how does this motivate me to do better when I have to track this myself, and not with this app?!
Third, the layout and navigation is clunky, it’s just not a great flow, design is a little dated.
Fourth, lack of notifications. I have to go into the app and dig for chats in a challenge. Use the notification system please! Engage me!!
Last, no great way to ask for support except live chat, and you’re mostly directed to the community site where everyone’s complaining about syncing issues, but no logs are being requested, feels like issues are beingignored.

Good And Effective app
I like the app and how I can sync this app with apple health app on my iPhone. I wished that I could sync my weight watchers app with the Go365 app. I work out almost everyday on weight machines at Owensboro Christian Church and haven’t found a way to record this within this app. The beacon will not recognize this facility. At least my walking gets recorded through my apple health app. I am in the process of getting a Fitbit which will help also. I like how you can enter health info by taking photos. I am so glad that making strong health choices that you can earn points for rewards and gives you benefits on insurance premiums. Many great benefits and rewards. Much gratitude because I am much more health conscious now.

Pretty good but room for improvement
Overall, this app is functional and easy to use. I gave it 3 stars because of 3 flaws
-#1: apparently the app does not recognize safari, it will not work with it, and does not let you know this up front. (Found this out trying to sign up for the check in beacon. You need to sign up using the Go365 website-the app wont work for this). Having an iPhone, “safari” is my go to browser and I do not feel the need to have another browser to accommodate an app.
-#2: check in beacon does not work. Our gym is listed as a participator and I obtained the required info from our gym. Signed up for beacon and now when I try to “check in” at the gym it just searches and searches.. nothing else.
-#3: when you have a spouse or (significant other ) also participating in the Go365, you each have to have separate accounts. To be fair, it will show you combined points on each other’s Go365, but there is no way to see whose points are who’s (yeah, we are competitive lol)

I like, but wish...
The face recognition has made it so much easier to log in! Submitting proof for various activities/exams has been easy! The app offers a wide range of options ways to earn points. It can be a challenge to navigate though. There are a lot of steps to find features, so I often forget where to locate. Some wishes of mine:
~I could click on the points (not) earned on dashboard for more details. I don’t always know what I did or need to do to get the points.
~challenges had more details so I can see if it something I want to join
~earn points for joining a gym, or maybe it exists but I can’t find it
~some challenges took a long time to update or weren’t accurate in the end.

Works well most of the time!
I have been using this app for a little over a year now but I find that some of the most important features like tracking steps and keeping points up to date are kind of spotty. It’s never consistent or accurate, but mostly pretty close.
But that was not the most annoying thing, I’m writing this review because of this update (which this is the 2nd time I’m having a forced update). The problem is I use facial recognition and because of the update I have to use a password log in, of course it’s been so long since I’ve actually used my password I was forced to reset it. This took an act of Congress! I don’t have to jump through so many hoops to Change my bank account or credit card passwords. I have worked at a bank and totally understand privacy & security but this is ridiculous!!! I don’t want to have to update my password every time you have an update, update your system so it remembers my facial recognition when you have an update PLEASE!

Super app
Go365 is my most used app. Because of the movement incentives, I open my app daily. It works efficiently and if I am ever confused, helpful GO365 telephone responders have always been able to answer my questions. I have met my target weight, my husband is in the process of achieving his target weight and thankfully, my sister-in-law is on her way to her target weight. Fitbit and GO365 are great partners to assisting people all over the world to lose weight. The daily incentives/challenges become lifelong habits, which will cause us to be much healthier people. To the designers of Fitbit and GO365, I thank you! You have positively changed my life forever.

App is ok.
In general the app is ok and functions. It is not intuitive and it is difficult to find things. Major reason for downgrading is the overall Go365 functionality. Things like not accepting Fitbit heart rate info, only steps. Not accepting anything from an Apple Watch.
Need to enter most point scoring items on the 365 web site as the app is not set up to do data entry. It is mainly only useful for monitoring performance. Speaking of which, a workout is not broken down very well for evaluation but gives general info only.
Wish the app could be set up for a family “administrator” so that one person could see how all of the individuals are performing without needing to log in on their individual accounts.

Goals
People set goals to reach and myself and others had the prices of certain items, just before you have enough bucks, jump up another thousand or two. Myself and another coworker also noticed the app wasn’t actually counting the steps from your pedometer. On many occasions I had 14,000+ steps in a day and 2-4 points were awarded. It’s a decent app, I could get a bunch of stuff from the shop but the garmin vivoactive 3 jumped from 18,000 to 20,000 like a month before I reached it... just like it did when I was going to purchase the fitbit charge2. Maybe it’s just a great “rabbit chasing the carrot” thing. I like to set goals and reach them, you’d figure Humana would hold up their end

Fails to count activities/ hard to maneuver in
I recently completed two activities the biometric screening in July and the stairs (200 flights) in August and have not seen the points for those activities.
I have tried to see what he I could receive to have the ability to message others on my challenge team and can not for the life of me find that option. As well as getting help via the website is useless I receive message back but the problem is not corrected or steps were not communicated on how to correct the problem.
