Using Legion
I love this app. But it’s difficult for new employees to get into it. Sometimes if the schedule is changed I have to refresh because it will still load the old schedule. Other then that I absolutely love using legion. And I’m an assistant manager so I can use two different views as well. It’s easy if an employee calls about their schedule I can just pull my phone out and see the schedule for them, instead of walking to the office and log into legion and wait for it to load. this app is so horrendous for scheduling. It copy’s my “this week only” availability to the following week too which messes up my whole schedule that I have set for the rest of the year because it overrides what I had already. So now instead of just being able to change a day that I need off, if I have further availability set after that day I need to go through and change it all completely again just to ask for 1 day off. There was an update recently and now moves sunday after saturday instead of having it in the beginning before monday and messed up my WHOLE schedule again. I tried adjusting my availability and now it won’t even submit or change it. Awful app and needs A LOAD of work still. I hated this app from the beginning and now it’s just even worse.Show lessorgan_lady

App support is non existent. Brings you to their website and is pointless because it just tells you to use the app. How are you supposed to get support when the app doesn’t work? 🤦🏻♀️ Had major issues when editing availability; will not save edits no matter how many times you do them and it says “save going forward/just this week” no matter what I do my changes aren’t saved. Every update and yet NOTHING is ever done to fix this pain! Do you realize how this affects schedule making?? We ABSOLUTELY NEED to have the availability of employees and the very basic thing this app is meant to help with can’t even deliver that. It’s pointless trying to create or change availability within the app. As a manager I can’t do anything helpful in this app; I have more control signed in as an employee which says a lot and not in a good way. Looks are nice andI like I can see who’s scheduled on any given day as an employee but that’s the best “pro” I can give.Show lesssmushysmommy
