Can’t win

When I first got the app, I was scanning lots of my receipts, but then it told me that I had reached my limit of receipts, and I couldn’t scan anymore for a certain amount of time. Pausing my scanning made me completely forget all about the app and then I wasn’t really using it. Then, I got an alert saying that my rewards were all going to expire if I didn’t scan any receipts because I hadn’t used it for a while. It’s like they were just trying to keep me from earning any points by using the app.

I feel like if you are getting a receipt scanning app that you should be able to scan as many receipts as you have or want to. They barely give you any points for the receipts as is, so making you take a break or having it where you can’t scan for a long period because you’ve reached your limit seems a little ridiculous to me. It’s not even like I sops ton or anything. I just tend to shop all at once when I get my paychecks. So I have a bunch of receipts all at one time. If I don’t scan them all in right whenever I do my shopping then they’re going to expire because they also don’t take any receipts that are older than 14 days. It’s really hard to earn any points or to save them up with the way the app is designed. I feel like this app is bait and switch. They make it seem like you can get prizes and have a benefit from scanning in your receipts, but then they do everything they can to steal them all from you.

You'll be able to snap soon! This limit is not based on the checkout date but rather on the date you snap the receipt. This means that over a rolling 7-day period, you will be able to snap more receipts once the older receipts fall outside of the 7-day window. There's also no limit on eReceipts! Thanks for the feedback!

Shame on Fetch

I was looking through advertised points I could be awarded from purchasing certain items, so made a list and went and ordered numerous items from different stores. I’ve never had issues in the past, but this time after spending money on items that I normally wouldn’t purchase, I printed out my receipt, which was an emailed receipt from Kroger since it was a online delivery, and scanned in my receipt. It processed my receipt and only gave me some of the points I had earned. I should have had 5200 points. So I tried scanning my receipt again. The second time it gave me points for a couple of the items, but still not all of them. Tried scanning one more time and contacted them to tell them what happened. The next time I checked they had rejected all my receipts and took away all of my points and tried to offer me 100 points thinking that would console me. I am furious right now with Fetch because I have never had issues in the past scanning a receipt that I printed out and they are trying to tell me this does not fit their criteria. I wonder what’s changed over the past couple years that I’ve been submitting my Kroger receipts this way! especially when it initially did scan an award some of the points, just not all of them. And for them to go back after the fact and reject my receipts and take away the earned points that they had already given me, is in my opinion, poor poor business practice!

Don’t play the games

I will give fetch three stars as they have been great with the awards that I have received on my receipts and even playing the games. However, I will never play another game please if you download this do not play any games I got cheated out of 13,000 points. I played a game all the way to the end and they gave me points but they won’t give me that last points that I’m owed and when I get a hold of customer service, they said we’ve already given you the points for it and I’ve shown him pictures and showed him how you know I have not received and I just got some guy from Mexico that I don’t know that just tells me that I’ve already got my point. Download some more game and playing there’s no way I’ve got a hold on here before customer service received on other things that I feel where I didn’t get points and sometimes they pointed out to me where I didn’t complete all that I needed to for the points and I understood completely went back over and thought yeah I see that. I just can’t get them to understand so great for receipts just not those games I’ve gotten other ones I’ve completed that they’ve given me all the points, but I’ll never try it again. hopefully you can understand what I’m saying as I’ve been pretty upset about this and I tend to go on, but when you worked as hard as I did to complete this game, it’s hard not to be disappointed when you don’t get the points you know that you earned.

Fetch could be batter IMO

The app is a great idea but the unrelenting request to know where i am at all times is a weakness by your management to take someone who claims to be an expert in their field and probably have convinced Fetch leaders that just have to have my location. And THEY want, not need my precise location. Not even in the same county unless in the case that i am redeeming a prize. Then a well guarded share of my personal position at all times isn’t even this apps motive i’d bet, but DYOR Fetch team. You don’t have be their victim in turn making your users highly venerable to who ever wants to stalk us if they have half the information you’ve provided to the dozens of companies(?). In the conglomerate of which Fetch has become. I’m starting to think fetch isn’t preforming up to standard. So you’ve started a game room to keep the people that believe in you still satiated and somewhat medicated on hopes they’ve traded their internet behaviors for a few measly more Fetch points. Just a distraction that leads me to my last point which is if i may lay the final blow now: no new features and the loss of points if you do partake in helping your business, - we get them torn from us. Revoked if we don’t comply and get busy by making Fetch look like its an app worth getting. And it is, if you don’t mind naked as your privacy.

Just a preview.

App is bad

I don’t like how the app will sign you out and then all your points are gone and you have to start all over again. I had over 52,000 plus points and they are all gone now I have to start over again. I have a busy schedule I have custody of my grandchildren and they take up a lot of my time and by the time I get home from I’m tried . I get up at 4 am every morning and don’t get in bed until 12. I did like it but now it’s a waste of my time. And then things that you put up for us to buy to get points some of them I don’t even use . And sometimes you cheat because I had got items and never got points but I didn’t email because I feel sometimes I should be able to call. I miss the days where you could call people. When these computers crash and you guys don’t have a way of communicating it’s going to be a mess. I know one restaurant that still do credit cards like they use to where you put the card down and make a copy with it that’s old school.. I would also like to add that I rather talk to someone because you have some older people that use this and they don’t understand that if they have a problem you still have to email and that’s the problem all the companies are doing away with phone calls and going totally to email. I’m getting older and I don’t like email that much either because you always don’t get people from the USA and other people mis interpret what you are trying to email and then things get all messed up.

I love the fact that you can save money just by scanning receipts and you earn points which is equivalent to how much money you'll be getting. they are such things every day receipts like some of them are not grocery stores and you have to get a certain brand to get more points but if it's like an every day receipt you're only earn 25 which is literally nothing by it builds up as how many receipts you get. I also love the fact that there are deals every single day that you get more points like over 1000 points for example and it's just really really nice. you even can get the gift cards right equivalent to $10-$100 depending on which stores it is. So far I've been having this app since May 2022 and I'm only 15 grand yeah I know it's a little slow but at the same time I don't really shop I just collect receipts from my family and see how many points I can get just day by day. I would hardly recommend it to anyone who isn't a buyer that collects receipts from families why are they do grocery shopping or if you're like younger generation like you don't even work you can get yourself does app to scan and save and collect as many points as possible. Or if it's not for you totally fine but I personally love it very much because it it gives me motivation to save up points and use the gift cards.

Great app!!!

𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝑭𝒆𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒅𝒆 “𝟑𝑱𝑸𝑱𝒀𝑱” 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒖𝒑 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒆𝒕 $𝟏𝟎. I absolutely love this app. It's ridiculously easy to use. So simple just take a picture of EVERY receipt you get for anything from anywhere and you start stacking up points immediately and super fast. I just downloaded this app took maybe 10 receipt pictures and I'm already almost to 5,000 points!!!! It's that simple. Think about it, if you're like me you stop at least once a day and buy something. Doesn't really matter what you purchase either because everywhere you spend money no matter what you're spending it on as long as you just take a picture of that receipt you get at checkout you will get points. I took a picture of my gas station receipt I got for purchasing cigarettes and got points!!!! As long as the date of purchase, the store name, and the total can be seen and read by the camera to capture, you're good to go. Then to top it off you can stack points quickly. Use those points to get gift cards to your favorite places to shop or dine or other pretty cool stuff. I really don't understand why I have NEVER heard of this app til today, and don't know how the heck I ever was able to live without it either. I'm super addicted to just taking pictures of receipts now lol. Whoever came up with this one needs to be worshipped like a God for coming up with such a brilliant idea. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

One very satisfied customer😁😁😁

Awesome app!!!

First of all, If you haven’t used Fetch rewards app yet make sure to enter the reward coupon “3JQJYJ " on the sign up screen to get 2000 points on signup. I really like your app. I purchase both brand-name and store-brand products. Sometimes I prefer the feel or scent of a particular brand, while other times I appreciate the value of the generic option. Occasionally, I run out of submissions because I exceed the limit of 14. This has become a bit more challenging recently since you now accept fast food and restaurant receipts. I tend to leave those until the end since they only earn 5 points. I often advise others to double-check their points, as occasionally they may not be credited properly. Walmart receipts, in particular, can be tricky due to odd abbreviations. For example, Gatorade points may show up as GZ 32, indicating Gatorade Zero 32 ounces. I make sure to fix these discrepancies. I also want to express my gratitude for your app, which helps stretch my budget by providing money back for items I planned to buy anyway. While sometimes I make choices based on points, usually, I simply do my shopping and scan my receipts. One helpful tip is to scan receipts just after placing them in the car, and I mark them with a small notch to ensure I've completed the process. This way, it's done, but I still have an intact receipt in case of returns.
