I liked the app at first but now not happy
One of the easiest and best!
Much better!
I am not sure why it has to take so long for a receipt to process. My other apps similar to this one take no longer than a day and most of the time it’s less than hour! When the receipt finally does process, it is inevitable that if I have qualifying products they have not been pointed properly. I have missed qualifying purchases a few times and didn’t know until too late so that is frustrating also. Not to mention there really doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to how the points are awarded. There have been several receipts that I have thought should have been awarded higher points due to past purchases. I will stick with this app long enough to finish up getting a gift card I’m working for but then I will be deleting. Too much work for too little reward.

Thank you for providing us with feedback. Our goal for Fetch Rewards is help make the grocery shopping experience both easier and more enjoyable. We realize that some users have unique circumstances which may cause using Fetch Rewards to be difficult at times. As we continue building the app to achieve it's full potential, we will be sure to address all issues (big and small) experienced by users.
Trying My Patience
Response from developer
Thanks for your feedback and your patience is appreciated. The dev team is working on improvements to the scanning software's accuracy. Hopefully the days of needing to correct your receipts will come to an end soon. If you're keeping barcodes for any verifications we may ask, you do not need to do so. First, the purpose of verifying items is for the software learn which items are what, not as any sort of challenge. Secondly, the scan-to-verify feature is only an option; you can either select from the list of suggested matches or search the database for your product. The submission limit of 14 receipts inside a rolling 7 day period is listed within our Terms of Service. We instilled this limit in order to prevent duplicate and fraudulent receipt submissions. This limit is based off the date the receipts are scanned into Fetch, not the date of checkout. If the app will not let you scan receipts one day, the just try the next. With regards to the denials of which you speak, please send an email to support@fetchrewards.com with the store name & checkout date for those receipts and the Support Team would be happy to look into them for you. Finally, about brands and points. No, planetary alignment does not play a factor into how many points you earn or which items provide points. You earn 10 points for every dollar spent (after store discounts) on participating brands. You can find an in-app listing of the participating brands, as well as on our website: https://www.fetchrewards.com/rewards/brands As far as the inventory within brands, if the brand is listed in either of those two sources, it should qualify for points. If you ever have a receipt with a participating brand that did not earn points you can alert us via the orange "Correct My Receipt" button located at the bottom of the receipt and follow the instructions for manual review.
