App is already outdated

This app feels like it’s made for iOS 3 and it’s very insecure. Passwords can only contain numbers and alphabet characters, no special characters. The app does not recognize password manager input. If you leave the app in the middle of creating an account to enter/copy info to/from your password manager you have to start all the way over. Passwords are displayed in clear text in the app or on the website. Come on Medtronic. This seems like really insecure behavior.

There’s virtually no information visible about what is in the reports sent to my clinic. Why am I not able to see my own data?

The UI doesn’t feel like it’s been updated since the iPhone 4 and the entire interface is extremely oversized.

Not linked to device

This app is just a notepad. The App allows you to record symptoms with a timestamp within the App but there’s no correlation to that entry and what your device is doing at that time. So if you feel dizzy, chest pains, short of breath, or some other symptom, there’s no way to correlate that to what your device/heart is doing at that time. At least currently, based on discussions with my cardiology department and the medtronic rep. Don’t know if the App is going to work on that or not.

It does not allow for users to describe other symptoms. Your choices are just clickable choices provided. It does not allow the user to enter their description of symptoms.

Don’t know if they will allow the data from the persons device to be released to the person or via this App. It would be great if that feature was also added to the App.

Needs to Inprove

Nice to connect with my iPhone, but there is no access to the wealth of data it collects - WHICH IS DATA I OWN!

Come on Medtronic! You could make this a valuable app to access my personal health data - WHICH I OWN!

Young AZURE PPM patient

As a 30 y/o implant patient it’s got it’s perks; not needing a bedside unit is great. But it’s so limited. It’s about time we have access to the data from transmissions on the app. I would love to at least have live HR access, come on my Apple Watch can provide more detailed information then the app that’s literally synched to my PPM throughout the day. The “fitness section” is lacking and 95% of the time doesn’t sync with my Ppm; I swear the notifications are like hidden, I think that should be it’s own section.

There’s so much room room for improvements; but knowing Medtronic this will be slow coming.

I hate having to keep the app open though, I swear I’ve closed it for days on accident and no one noticed.. then the pacemaker clinic realized and wasn’t happy. I wish you had an alert build in that if it’s closed for a period of time an alert goes off (maybe sms?).

BUT overall I’m super thankful.

NOT GOOD! App doesn’t work!

I’m very disappointed. The app on my iPhone 11 will not work! I was even on the phone with Medtronic and they couldn’t get it to work either! They did tell me that a lot of people are complaining about this issue as well!!
So where’s the fix people!
You can download it if you want, but don’t expect anything!

This app is worthless!

I’ve never previously rated an app but I’m making an exception for what Medtronic has done. This app deserves a 0 rating but that wasn’t an option. As a recipient of a cobalt ICD I deserve to know if and when any therapy is delivered to my body. This app doesn’t trust patients to know this important information. The app provides a lot of worthless information from a printed brochure. I find that lazy and I expect more from a medical technology company. Whatever executive is taking credit for developing an app should be embarrassed.

Device was hacked and loses signal

I constantly keep losing signal and the app closes on me, not sure if it is a bug issue but recently my personal health data was accessed by hackers. They fixed it but I’m concerned my data is out there in cyber world

Not worth the download!

So I was told to download and use this app after my pacemaker implant! The issue I have with it is my pacemaker gathers all this information about my heart and I don’t have any access to it, heart rate, blood pressure and irregular heart beat! All I am asking for is access to blood pressure and heart rate! My doctor wants me to keep track of my heart rate and blood pressure so I had to go out and purchase a blood pressure monitor, why should I have to purchase one when I have one implanted in me that monitors all of that 24/7? Medtronic you should allow us access to our own vital signs so we don’t have to purchase equipment to do that!

Password problems

New phone so I logged in with my password and it was incorrect. I selected “forgot password” and received a temporary one. Closed and reopened the app before I entered the one Medtronic emailed to me. I was told that password is incorrect twice and was locked out of my device as if this is a banking app. Also, we don’t have to announce that we’re not old. Rude people.

Apple Watch connectivity?

I am satisfied with this app working with my I-Phone, but I wish it would work with my Apple Watch, series 6. I can’t put this app on my cellular watch.
