  • Positive outlook

This app is so simple and enjoyable! It keeps me in a positive mindset and I enjoy the process of thinking about what I am grateful full and “journaling it” in the form of this app. Even a few words help me to realize all the good going on and not just focus on what’s no my going good. Very pleased and I am have already recommended it to six friends!

  • Great app

The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because it freezes sometimes or the screen won’t move down to the third item. East big fix.

I also wish we could add pictures! Maybe we can and I haven’t figured it out yet
  • Researched based, amazing app

I’ve used a few different gratitude apps in the last few years and I love this one! I find that the way it’s structured prompts me to actually feel gratitude instead of just listing good things. I took a star off because I wish it had a streak-tracker. They help me stay consistent.
  • Okay - this app is seriously amazing.

I was really skeptical about downloading this and making this an everyday practice in my life. My colleague encouraged me to download it and I asked a friend to try it out with me. We’ve both been recording our 3 things each day and sending them to one another at the end of the night. And holy cow ! This app has seriously changed how I navigate through the world on the daily. I am also enjoying building a positive and supportive relationship with my friend, as we cheer each other on!

  • So quick and easy but effective

I have been using this app for 2 weeks and I can already see a little shift in my attitude. I have all that I need and yet I come from a place of lack. This has me focusing on what’s good and how it makes my feel which is the most important part. So simple so quick and so good.
  • Simple to do!

I really enjoy a simple nudge to focus on the positive aspects of each day. My routine is to do it in the morning for the day before - that way I start off with affirmation rather than just to do lists. I love thinking about what good happened rather than what I appreciate, so much better of a focus for me. And I love being prompted to say how i feel! Thank you!!!!

  • Highly recommend

I love this app. It’s simple, no frills, perfect for starting a daily gratitude practice. Listing three things doesn’t feel too intimidating, and the “I feel” prompts help me reflect and feel gratitude more deeply. I also appreciate that the app doesn’t inundate me with unnecessary notifications throughout the day (just one at my chosen time) or pop-ups for in-app purchases (though the option is there). Excellent all around.

  • This works

I’ve been doing this for almost a month now and I’m feeling much more optimistic and happier than before I started. I’m naturally looking for positive things, big and small, to capture for the log, and finding it easier to write more and describe more easily how it makes me feel. The reminder is helpful I set mine for 9.45pm to think about it before bedtime so I go to sleep mulling over the good things that have happened that day. If I miss a day or two I go back and fill them in. I’m enjoying using this and feeling considerably better for doing so.
    Definitely recommend 👍

  • Surprisingly helpful

I’ve tried MANY apps to help with depression, anxiety, adhd, organization, etc. They are always TOO MICH. Too many steps, too much to do, etc. this is simple. End your day with 3 good things and how it made you feel. Ending even a hard day, on a good note, helps to fall asleep and start again tomorrow.

    Thank you.

Best app gratitude journal. I really enjoy the “I felt” potion of the gratitude entries. He makes me reflect more on why that moment of the day stuck out to me verses all the other blessings that I allowed to slip by. This is year two of doing a gratitude journal and it fixed the worst problem with an actual journal; not having it with me at all times or when I leave the house over night and forget it at home.
