  • Sydney International Airport - The House

    Extremely ordinary lounge with very limited menu. Not worth $32 US and staff not clear for what an additional AUD $20 is to be charged. So many excellent lounges at Sydney Airport. Not sure why Mastercard would promote such ordinary lounge.

    Better off and value for money to use regular restaurants within the airport.

    Staff extremely polite though and accommodating.

  • Unable to create account

    I am unable to create an account using my MasterCard, I have World and Platinum, Platinum select. Nothing works.

Regrettably, we have an issue with Mastercard's not being accepted by our system at this time. It is a result of the recent implementation of Mastercard's new payment regulations, which provide increased security for card payments.     Estou tentando me cadastrar, coloco meu cartão e diz que ele não é válido. Outra hora coloco o código corretamente e diz que eu digitei errado. Não tem nada de errado nem com meu cartão e nem com o código que digito.

    App doesn’t work
  • Not possible to activate!

    Received my Santander world elite with loungekey and to use the loungekey you need to activate the loungekey account.
    Every time when I try to activate the card there is en error PLEASE ENTER A VALID PAYMENT CARD NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH LOUNGEKEY. Called them and they said there is a problem with Mastercard and nothing they can do! So the card is useless!!! Loungekey please do something!!!

  • Not worth using, minimal or no real value

    Every time I go to use it, there’s nothing worth using or you don’t get any value out of it. The concierge has no idea or knowledge if you ever call them and I haven’t gotten any benefit to date. Likely the most useless time wasting program I have ever been offered as an incentive to have the best MasterCard from my bank.

  • Dubai Airport 21-04-22

    Hi,

    I tried using Loungekey several time at Dubai Airport on 21-04-22 at “Marhaba Lounge” Terminal 1 Concourse B and it didn’t work it was very embarrassing at “Marhaba lounge” Reception and I tried loungekey again at “Ahlan Lounge”through this app and again QR code didn’t work and the they asked my commonwealth Master World debit card and scanned it on their machine it worked but later I noticed I was been charged for my lounge stay instead of complementary. Looking forward to hearing from your team.
