As salas que o App mostra, não estão disponíveis para uso dos proprietários de cartão Black. Ou seja, você programa uma viagem, tenta utilizar o serviço do qual VOCÊ paga no cartão e ao chegar no local, ou seu cartão não é aceito, ou ainda cobram uma taxa a mais pelo serviço. Se você deseja realmente usufruir do serviço de salas VIP de aeroportos, sugiro procurar o Bradesco que realmente fornece um serviço real e claro ao usuário.

What have you done?
It took me a few hours to login. Finally got in, but the app didn’t load any lounges. Tried to save the card in wallet, the option now disappeared. Reinstalled the app, now cannot login again.

Hi please email us at appsupport@loungekey.com & tell us your reviewer name, what device you’re using, what version of the Loungekey app you’re using ( to be found in Settings), what version of operating system you’re using on your phone (settings>general> about) what language your phone is et to, which card issuer gave you access to the program, your user name & any error messages you’ve received. Please don't reply directly to this message with those details
Rubbish and useless
It’s not recognising my card I know my card is valid and it works. Have deleted the app. Useless.
