Could use some improvements
I like being able to control my car from this, as well as see where it is and get alarm alerts. The GPS refresh is often really slow - I usually need to close and reopen the app for it to work. Also, it sometimes shows my vehicle is unlocked when it’s not. I always hit lock on the app when this happens to be safe. It definitely has caused some panic. It would be nice if there was a way to see all of the times the alarm has went off with timestamps. I don’t like how it clears when o click it. Overall, I’m happy with it aside from the few bugs.Show lessAmburritoooo

Pros: great app to remotely start up your car on a hot or cold day to get it comfortable ahead of time. I also use it check to see if I locked my cars and I can remotely lock or unlock the car. If you ever park somewhere and forgot where you parked it, you can also see where it is on a map.
cons: The refresh takes a little while, and sometimes has a hard time connecting. It would be good if the map showing the vehicle pin can launch open in apple or google maps for navigation directions. This is useful If you park your car at a large parking lot and don’t remember where you parked it.Show lesssuperldusa10

This app works great and the service reliable. Never had any issues since installed in the last 2 years. The service prices is also very reasonable. However ONE very important feature is missing...... SCHEDULED REMOTE START! This feature would be super for the app developers to add, not sure what they are waiting for?? Way too often I get a message that the starter won’t work because of issues with the app. That means that I’ll be getting into a cold car once again. So I’m paying, yes there is a yearly fee that I didn’t know about, for a remote starter that doesn’t work because of bugs or whatever. When it works it is good. When it doesn’t it is worthless. I’ve had the app for a couple days using it with my compatible remote start. Works good so far. I would LOVE to be able to make a shortcut via the shortcuts app so I can ask Siri to start my car without needing to open the app. I tried but the app isn’t compatible. I know it works with Alexa and Google Home but I don’t really find it useful since I cannot ask Alexa from my iPhone. Hopefully the suggestion is implemented in the future.Show lessAJpro23

I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and IT WORKS! I work in a building where I’m unable to get a view of my car for pointing a remote and no cellular connection. This device is great because it works with the Iphone Wi-fi Calling feature. And the timer is 45mins so I have plenty of time to get to my car.
I have noticed a few bugs like (location not available, Apple Watch App force closing, saying doors are unlocked when opening the app) But I DONT CARE lol It does what I need it to do.Show lessCHITWNCHICK

Do not recommend, the first issue I had with this is it completely stopped responding and when I called they told me there was nothing they could do and I essentially had to figure it out myself after being on hold for 30 minutes and bounced back and forth between multiple people.TanishaMahar

After the last couples of updates app is working flatness. Make sure the gps module is installed high enough and no metal around it.Lizaamarie
Spotty Reliability
Great app, when it works. Very inconsistent reliability. I found out that T-Mobile is used for the cellular connection on this product, which explains a lot of the connection issues. Maybe if they used AT&T or Verizon it would be better!
