Working perfect!
Today is March 21, 2020 and the app is working perfect.
It is my first time dealing with this type of technology of a vehicle remote that operates through satellite signal. At first it took me a few seconds as I was learning and realizing that it takes a tiny bit to refresh (3 to 5 seconds) but overall the app and the whole system works amazing.

Have had nothing but trouble since we added this to our remote start. Wanted the extra range. Lemme say, just getting it “programmed” was a pain then once it got to where it would start the car, the timer does not update, there’s no confirmation of the door lock status. Just says “doors unlocked “ no matter what. Multiple calls/texts/emails with tech support, taking my dash apart 10x to relearn every time is getting old. I have hours and money involved with this (not to mention you have to pay an annual service fee). I will add, tech support has been helpful, but has not resolved the “refresh status issue.”Show less77cherokee

Works well overall but missing a few features. Once remote start is clicked no confirmation is displayed and there is a delay before countdown making the user unsure if clicked successfully. No apple watch app. No Siri integration or shortcut possible "Siri, turn on my car" would be an awesome feature.Show lessGregorito
Works great!
Super fast response time and accurate door locked/unlocked status. After hitting the remote start button, my vehicle starts within just a few seconds (3-5). A couple times I couldn’t remember if I locked the doors before coming inside, quick check of the app and lock if needed. The start and stopping of the vehicle works decently. I think it’s just the time it takes to go off satellite and respond back. I only gave two stars because I constantly receive alarms. My vehicle will be in garage at night nothing around and alarm goes off. I can be in my vehicle driving it and the alarm will go off. I can have it unlocked, sitting in the driveway and me looking at it with the alarm going off. I don’t understand and it’s very annoying especially to hear the alarm to go off in middle of the night.Show lessk371221
All years and makes
This is a incredible app my only request is that you put all years and makes on here because I have a 1968 Pontiac Firebird and I was bummed when you did not have an option for that. Hook us up by making this app fun 👍🏽Z andrews
Works well 95% of the time
Sometimes it takes a while to refresh the status of the door lock/unlock and GPS location. Other than that, it works as advertised. I wish their was an Apple Watch widget/app available for the GPS/Cellular models. That would be amazing on days when I’m on the water and decide to leave my phone in the truck. I could come back to a warm truck when I’m soaking wet and cold.Show lesskaimoser
Installed on two cars
Works great on the two cars I installed it on. The app starts the car, can lock the doors and use gps tracking. Quick response back from the car will provide status on those options as well. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to copy the gps location to a map app so I could map the route back to the car, nothing major. App started great...over time lagged in time to show if car was locked or unlocked. A recent “update” was done but now my app only works when it wants to. Have to open app several times for it to work, called the customer service number they said it looked good from their end and to reinstall app I did...nothing changed. Surprisingly Good!
I honestly had my doubts about this app and the hardware I am using but I have been pleasantly surprised by how well both are working. It’s only been a week so I will update as necessary. I haven’t had any issues with the app. It’s been working as designed and quicker than an app I have for an OEM system on another vehicle. One thing I would like to see is the battery voltage indicator to be larger, it’s difficult to see the readout. Another possible improvement would be to add information about the last time the app was refreshed. Overall I would recommend.Show lessWhite SE
