Perfect app
The app has worked flawlessly for my wife and I. I have the module on a 98 Chevy pick up and hers is a 2012 Ford Fusion. Not a single problem. It would be very interesting to see an update for scheduled starts and the possibility to restart the countdown timer with out having to use the primary remote start system. Scheduled starts would come in handy for those that have a set schedule every day. Just an idea. Aside from those two minor things the app works flawlessly. It does lag sometimes but that’s understandable considering it travels through networks instead of from phone straight to vehicle. Not sure a lot of people understand that part. Pretty good overall
The app works good overall but the timer is not accurate. The run time for the remote start module is set to 15 minutes but the timer on the app starts counting down from 31 minutes. I never know how much time I actually have left before the car shuts down. Everything else is solid though.JT giggity
Export car’s location to Google Maps?
Refreshing car location can take forever - suggest giving the option to immediately show last known location (as stored in app &/or on server).
Also suggest exporting car location to Google maps on request so that I can see car location vs my blue dot (and get directions to the car). Currently appears to be a (slow) static map.Show lessCRJ58P

Just had my remote start installed today and the app was acting funny. After I reset my password twice the app suddenly started to work. The dealer was a puzzled as I was.

Just needs one more option
It just needs to have an app for Apple Watch and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. This is very useful to anyone who lives in a hot environment and wants to cool off the vehicle before getting in vehicle. Gps system could use a little more work but other than that it was a great investment.stevo29gar
Needs better refresh operation
The developers say they have improved the refresh, but I don’t see how. Most of the time when I lock/unlock with my compatible aftermarket remote, I have to force-close the app, then reopen it, and it still takes a while to update, so it makes me wonder if I locked my car. Why can’t I do a simple operation like drag down the screen like other apps do ? By dragging down and letting go, other apps like email actually go to the server to get updated. Other than that it works pretty well. Three stars because the status of my car is very important and it should be easier to find out.Show lesschrisq1234
