Smooth usage, great product
Been a smooth program for the most part, and is direct and easy to use and read. Been using it for about 6months and haven’t had any issues with my car, Infiniti q50.
One suggestion: would be cool to locate my car via google maps where I can zoom in closer/street view. The current map doesn’t allow me to zoom in close enough to see buildings. Would be nice to have that feature, to be able to recognize different areas if trying to locate. (Not a live feed, but a google map feature)Show lessLitoctny

Thanks for the great review. This is totally possible with the version you have. On the bottom of the screen there are different selections to view the map. Normal, Satellite, Hybrid and Terrain. You can pinch out to zoom and move the map around. Let us know if you have any other questions by tapping the “SEND FEEDBACK” on the main menu of the app. Thanks for choosing Carlink 6Amazingly fast. We got the plug and play remote start from 12voltSolutions and added the phone module which is controlled by this app.
We love it! We’ve had the expense Viper app that is slow and also Onstar.

Please have scheduled starts.
The app works fine most of the time. Sometimes, after an update, the app does not work very well. I was locked out multiple times after an update and had to uninstall/reinstall the app again. One feature I would love to have is scheduled starts. Please include that in the future and my life will be complete during the cold season!!Show lessAn Excellent Customer

Worked until today...now it’s useless
After updating, the app crashes within two seconds. It worked just fine until today, and this is especially frustrating because I just paid for the annual subscription. Please update what has been a great app...SMG144
You need to go back many revs
App worked good until the last several updates. Now today’s update crashes immediately on my iPhone 6s+, 7 and iPad. Uninstalling and reconfiguring, allowed it to open once and then back to crash. Prior to this mess, there’s no connection more than there is. Also, gps is still screwed up on map views and does not update when pulled up majority of the time. App is closing with new update-please fix!
My phone updated this app last night and now every time I open it, it closes within a few seconds. I can’t keep it open long enough to start my car. I’m sure it’s just a glitch with the new update..please fix! Other than the little hiccups with the updates every once in a while, love the app.kygreece2011
Generally good
Generally pretty solid, though as others have noted, refresh rate could be better.
As is today, the vehicle will start and the timer will say 31:00 and start counting down, but it’ll drop to less than half that amount of time within a few minutes. I’d appreciate the ability to set the runtime of the vehicle, or even scheduling when a future start should happen.

Feature request gps show your location
While its nice you can see your cars location it would be very valuable to see your location on the map as well (location of phone while using app)
This way you can more easily find your car in parking lots by walking towards the car using your location in relation to the location of your car.
This would be so easy to do (i have done coding on iPhones-ios) and would greatly improve the location feature.
