The Worst
I got this installed 1 month now and its been noting put problems and the owners of this app obviously DO NOT CARE as they continue to ignore us. The app works sometimes, u press start and it acts like its gonna start then the app shuts down completely grayed out u cant press anything. U have to wait with fingers crossed hoping U get down to where your car is all the way from the 5th floor and your car has started. Like what kinda bull is that. Whats the point of paying for a service that is pretty much non existent!!!! Its minus 13 degrees here and i have this piece of junk that i could not use so i had to come sit in a freezing car. Don’t waste your money! This app only works SOMETIMES! My app always says it has a great green signal to my car, then i try to remote start it, turns green and 40 seconds later turns red and doesn’t start! I’ve sent a ticket for help which i don’t expect to me answered either! The install location already had to fix the app the first dang day i got it! The absolute worst! App doesn’t work and support is terrible
After following the installation, The application knows where my vehicle is but will not enable control functions. Not Allow to start . Called for support and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes. Finally got connected, support person was terse and put me on hold for another 30 minutes. Bottom line it’s an expensive install and the device is inoperable through this app.Show lessfrom.the.shop
We want a widget!
This app is a perfect candidate for an ios 14 widget! Something as simple as a few buttons with start, lock, unlock etc. Would be so nice to be able to start my car from my home screen without opening the app.4runnerboi
Works Great With Accessorides Voxx Units
I have a Voxx brand remote start purchased from Accessordies. This app is so awesome. Even though my 2020 car came with it’s own OEM cellular remote start, the Voxx starter with CarLink 6 is leaps and bounds better in terms of reliability and speed. With the new update adding cabin temp and Google and Alexa assistant control I am even more grateful I made the right remote starter purchase. Keep it up CarLink devs!Show lessCu2cool
No notifications
If I unlock my car with my remote starter fob, I get no notifications that my door is unlock. I left my door unlock one day and no notification came through. Luckily I look at my fob an hr later and saw it and used the app to lock my car. Please work on the push notifications.4149ggg
Just Missing 3 Features From Being Perfect
I absolutely love this app and the capabilities of it but I would give a 5 star if:
#1 Siri Shortcut integration so I can tell Siri to start my car.
#2 Possible to set a time of the day for the car to start up, like if I get up and go to work every day at 8am, maybe the car can start and warm up 5/10 mins before 8 on the days I work.
#3 My house is in an area that has absolutely no cell service for any carrier so it would be nice to have the module in the car connect to known WiFi’s so we can use this over WiFi when there is no cell signal available and then switch to Cell Signal as soon as it’s available again.
If we can get these 3 features then this would definitely be updated to 5 STARS and I would highly recommend this to all of my family & friends.Show lessDJMannyD

Don’t waste your money
I have no idea what this developers are doing but %60 of the times this app is either not working or offline , I had it with this junk system and looking for something more RELIABLEEjmin
