With issues constantly

It happened twice that the app has issues.

Touch ID?!

So annoying that I only have an option to use Touch ID and the newer iPhones don’t have that capability! If I didn’t have to use this app for work I sure wouldn’t 😡 get with the times! The regular Citibank app works great!

Not very impressed

I can’t even get past step 1 to activate a new card.
Press activate, are you in the US, no. Login. Here’s all the details of your old card with zero option to activate.

Really Bad

It is a impossible to sign on. It failed continuously. Cannot switch from travel to purchase

No receipt upload?

Until this app introduces receipt upload it’s pretty much useless.

Useless on mobile

Cant make changes to profile, much like the mobile web version.

Unable to login

Took 15 mins to change password on the app bc the message isn’t readable on the iPhone 13 Pro Max screen unless you partially close the app window. Can’t even log in after changing the password. The only functional way to see account activity is on the website don’t waste your time with this app

This sad abandoned app…

Login is a horror, now. Even when it works, and error message that is wrong pops up. Now, you can make it go away by selecting to view something at the bottom of the screen like statements, but that is clearly a work around and is laughable.

The charges now are taking forever to hit the books! This is likely not the app.
