Love Slim Chickens App, but…
My husband and I love Slim Chickens. We order the big party trays of tenders as part of our keto meal planning every week - it’s so convenient! My problem with the app is that I’m forced to select sauces. There is not a “no sauce” option. It’s not that the sauces aren’t good, we just don’t want them as part of our meal plans. I’ve tried telling employees I don’t want any sauce and they just look at me like I’m crazy, so I end up taking it home and throwing it away. Such a waste! Please fix your app to add a “no sauce option”. Thank you.

Awesome service
While my wife was ordering our food inside the Parker restaurant an elderly man had spilled his drink so I said to De’Vonna that there was a drink mess made in the table and on the floor and before I could say everything they were quickly cleaning up the soda mess.
We have ate at this restaurant twice this week and the food is the greatest chicken in town.
Their employees are extremely polite and professional. Inside the restaurant is super clean.
All my neighbors are talking about this restaurant to spread the word on excellent food. If you have not tried it please don’t wait any longer.
I mentioned how much we love this new restaurant to Jimmy the General Manager who was extremely friendly and was delivering food and cleaning tables. If I could give them more then 5 stars I sure would.

Good food and service.
Very friendly staff greeted us as we entered the store. It was our first time there.
They had foods we can eat even on special diets. The food was brought to our table before I finished filling our drinks. Two stuff stopped by to see if we needed anything while we ate.
I love the paper towel rolls at the tables. Much more effective than typical fast food napkins.
We will definitely return the next time we’re in Mankato!!

Mississippi Braves Game!
I went to the Mississippi Braves to sing the National Anthem with the Newton County Middle/High school. I went May 17th and I signed up for Slim Chicken Rewards thinking I would get a FREE chicken sandwich for signing up. As I found out it takes 3 HOURS to redeem points! At that point the shop would be closed!!! And to add the cherry on top, it didn’t even add my points! I was very disappointed with this app and if you would like something good to eat go eat something else besides this place! Go eat Jacks or Chick-Fil-A! Thank you for your time! 😊😊😊

Drive through
I work in the food industry as a RGM, it was so refreshing to visit this store today . The young lady at drive through Rosie was a pleasure , so was the next window, I had to wait no time for my fried pickles (well worth the wait ) less than a couple minutes, the manager was also a joy . I will definitely visit this store and others . The whole experience made my day !! Thanks to the Slim Chickens team for an awesome experience!!!

Excellent food! Our new favorite!
This is the first time we have been to Slim Chickens but it won’t be our last. The Memphis BBQ sandwich was fabulous Just the right amount of heat in the chicken topped by the perfect crunch of coleslaw and tang of pickle. Yum! Fried pickles were done perfectly and the best I’ve had in years. But best of alll, oh that brownie chocolate pudding & toffee jar dessert! Sheer Heaven! The staff, especially Mira, were all smiles and eagerness. We may go back today!

We used to be avid Chick-fil-a customers. Then we moved to Lawton. Worst customer service we’ve ever received!! So, someone suggested Slim Chickens. We are so glad we tried Slim Chicken!!! The customer service is always top notch and the food fresh and hot. Our chicken restaurant of choice is now Slim Chickens. Will not be going back to any other chicken place. Thank you so much for the service, food, and smiling face.

Just got to enjoy my first visit to Muscle Shoals’s Slim Chickens! They opened up over a month ago and have been covered up w customers! On this rainy Wednesday afternoon I was able to get into their parking lot to place a to go order! I was not disappointed! Food was great and service was great too!

Overall good app but needs some updating…
This app is great as long as you don’t want to edit your sandwich toppings, ask for no ice in your drink, or mind putting in your card information EVERY TIME you order. I LOVE the restaurant and food! The app is mostly convenient and is easy to use. But the feature to scan your card and keep for future orders does not work. I’ve been using this app for several months and I keep telling myself “They’ll update it soon” but it still hasn’t been updated. Why have the option on there at all if your not going to patch or update it so that it works?!?

Mario at Slim Chickens Cantrell Rd
We were greeted the second we walked in. The gentleman at the front counter, He repeated each meal back to us as each of us and our three kids ordered! You don’t get that in semi fast food much these days! Food was hot and fresh and just great customer service and Mario the manger I’m assuming brought us our last tray out and wrote his name on receipt and asked if we needed anything and asked how everything was and asked if we would take the time to do the survey! I mostly carry out due to busy weeknight schedules but I’ll make this a regular family dine out spot occasionally!
