Toxic business Practice

Your company is scummy for implementing credit surcharges to your customers to literally have them pay your company’s bills for you in this economy where most are trying to live paycheck to paycheck … this has been a progressively more popular toxic business practice, and I’m making my disgust known to this garbage company that thinks its ok to roll out policies that basically just give to finger to their customers, what’s next, we gonna pay for their office trash disposal next?…terrible, go with spectrum….I will actually now go out of my way to rate you all terrible on all the platforms because of this.

User Friendly

The app is very simple and user friendly. It provides the user with the ability to navigate through the app without having difficulty with accessing the apps features and function abilities. You can also see that the graphics and color schemes were created for optimum lighting and color contrast.

Super easy to use.

I really like how easy the app is to use and how it keeps everything organized and simple. No ads or fluff. Just the bill. I also like how it keeps your info for the next time. It takes longer to write this review than it does to pay the bill.

Everything works

The site works, unlike other service providers *cough cough XFINITY* and I appreciate the 3 text reminders/confirmations a month I receive. The text links directly to the app so it is easy for me to pay. Also, altafiber service is excellent. They came in during our move on a Sunday as soon as we called and replaced our router box/cable for free because the one left at our rental was stolen and we had to work from home the next day. We have some issues with the wifi reaching the whole house occasionally but otherwise no complaints.

User-friendly

The app is very user-friendly. I got an email which I thought was a scam so I went into the app to see and actually my bank had declined to pay for no reason I have no clue why? I was able to enter another form of payment and get my payment through so I was not billed a late charge.

Very user friendly, Easy and Quick

This app is AWESOME!!! It’s so user friendly and is a quick way to pay your bill. I get a text that my bill is ready and pay right away. You can pay with a checking account or credit card.

Our service

We were faced with the challenge of finding a cable company we liked and that would help us whenever we needed it cause Spectrum was ripping us off so we decided after carefully checking many different companies out, we decided Altafiber was treating us the best and that service and Internet were fairly priced that we could afford so thank you to Altafiber for being there when we needed them the most! Sorry Spectrum but you dropped the ball this time!!! The WiFi we have through Altafiber never slows down nor drops the signal ever which I like the most since I have so much studying to do! The TV package through Altafiber is great we just didn’t get the channels we specified but that’s more my wife than me! All in all we are just loyal to those who are loyal to us! Thank you Altafiber for everything you continue to do but it would be nice to have the extra channels we wanted so if your reason this Altafiber give me a call so we can get this taken care of! Thank you again Altafiber!!!

Great app

The only downside I have found is that there isn’t a “ no longer have access to this email “ option when trying to sign in with forgotten credentials.

It was my mistake that caused the difficulties. I used my work email when setting up the account. At the time I thought I was sitting pretty and wouldn’t be going anywhere for a long time , so I thought nothing of it.

Well , unfortunately , a yr later I was laid off. Purely tenure based , but it still was pretty crappy.

Long story short , auto pay didn’t work this month , so I had to log in and change some details.

For the life of me, I couldn’t remember my pw , so I had to resort to the recovery process….

That was linked to my now non-accessible email.

Luckily I was able to contact my buddy and ex- IT colleague. To re-activate the email… for the sole purpose of this pw reset lol.

Something to think about for the future. We need an…. Everything has failed … fubar option to recover credentials.

Other then that. Love the app.

Customer Service

The customer service number is horrible. They go through so many steps for verification. We had to talk to managers over and over again. I’m finally glad they have this type service kind of bittersweet because we’ve decided to go to another company.
