Quality App
The app is very easy to use and allows me to pay my bill much faster than having to call or go online. Everything is pretty easy to find, I am able to get paper bills, and I receive a notification when my payment has gone through.

Being able to quickly log on from my phone and access/pay my bill is convenient and helpful.
Convenient
This app is wonderful for paying my bill, getting reminders and checking on services. I would give it 5 stars if the “remember me” login feature would work. I have it turned on yet I still have to type in my login info each time. Still a very convenient app.
Best Bill Pay App In Existence
I can log in and pay my bill in less than 15 seconds. Any other app takes at least two minutes with multiple confirmation steps. Never let this change.
Quick and easy
This app makes paying my bill so easy. I don’t live far from a Cincinnati Bell store and drive past it at least 4-5 times a day, but the complex it’s in is very busy and hard to get in and out of. I dreaded going there to pay my bill but this app is literally a few taps on my iPhone and bill is payed. LOVE IT!!

Appreciate the Ease
It’s great to use an app that is very simple and provides you clear concise details to issues and services. I was able to set up my profile and make a payment in just a few minutes.
First bad experience
I was unable to login on Sunday to pay our bill. Much frustration. However, I was able to Chat today with Sean and he fixed the problem. Prior to this issue, I have had no other problems so am very happy right now. Thanks

Love this app
Easy to use and best of all easy to make a payment. Also even though it's a small thing as soon as it is paid it shows the balance as $0.00! I love that. Just in case I forget if I paid I can see that and know in an instant! :)
Easy to use
Needed to pay a bill today and within 3 mins I downloaded the app put my info in and made my payment... this app is easy to use and very user friendly...tailored to the customers needs.
