Latest update crap
I used this app successfully on my iPhone for many months to pay my bill. However the latest update deleted my AMEX card information and allowed for no way to re-enter it.
Great app; weak 2FA
This app does its job well - lets you manage your account and notifies when there is a new bill. I was excited to see 2FA introduced, however text message 2FA is not ideal and many services are moving away from it. As a victim of a recent SIM swap attack, I realized how it actually can make your accounts more vulnerable if services allow account recovery via text message. Please consider adding a time based authenticator 2FA option as well. Thanks!

Easy, Simple, Useful
The app is very easy to navigate and use. I’m a little biased because I’m a technician for Cinbell. That being said it doesn’t take away for the app. It’s always super easy to get on and pay my bill. It notifies me when a new bill is posted so I know it’s due. Also any time I have questions about my bill I can usually find the answer on the app itself so I don’t have to call into a call center.

As Far As These Apps Are Enjoyable
Well, to say that I “enjoy” using and app and paying a bill, this wasn’t bad at all. The information is in front of you and easy to understand. Once set up, playing your bill is a matter of a couple of clicks. So, this is 5 stars for me. No headaches!

Easy to use and easy to make a payment. Takes seconds after you set up pymt. information. App has all kinds of information about your acct. would highly recommend.
Great app
I’m deaf and loving the chat option. I am using iOS 13.3 on my iPhone 11. I would, however, like to see the notification for the chat work. All in app notifications ( Account, Billing, Payment and Special Offers) are all set to on as well as the iOS setting and no luck. Hopefully that issue will be addressed in the next upgrade release.

It’s been wonderful being able to navigate this app so smoothly I haven’t come up on any error messages and it just makes it convenient to log on and pay my bill.

I enjoy the app! It's flow is easy and intuitive to learn and is super easy to pay your bill! I also like the redeemable points option! I would like to see an option to redeem points to pay for half or even a quarter of the bill?!?
