We were faced with the challenge of finding a cable company we liked and that would help us whenever we needed it cause Spectrum was ripping us off so we decided after carefully checking many different companies out, we decided Altafiber was treating us the best and that service and Internet were fairly priced that we could afford so thank you to Altafiber for being there when we needed them the most! Sorry Spectrum but you dropped the ball this time!!! The WiFi we have through Altafiber never slows down nor drops the signal ever which I like the most since I have so much studying to do! The TV package through Altafiber is great we just didn’t get the channels we specified but that’s more my wife than me! All in all we are just loyal to those who are loyal to us! Thank you Altafiber for everything you continue to do but it would be nice to have the extra channels we wanted so if your reason this Altafiber give me a call so we can get this taken care of! Thank you again Altafiber!!!

Awful app
This app crashes at least 5 times every time I go to pay my bill! I have had so many issues of payment not going through that I have to recheck to make sure at least 3-4 times a month. After submitting complaints and making them aware of the issue all they do is send me an email saying “we apologise for the issues you are facing” but offer no solutions or effort to help. I will never use this internet if I have a choice again!

Great app; weak 2FA
This app does its job well - lets you manage your account and notifies when there is a new bill. I was excited to see 2FA introduced, however text message 2FA is not ideal and many services are moving away from it. As a victim of a recent SIM swap attack, I realized how it actually can make your accounts more vulnerable if services allow account recovery via text message. Please consider adding a time based authenticator 2FA option as well. Thanks!

I especially appreciate the ability to set up payment on the due date rather than it default to the current date. Had excellent customer support today from Sam who helped me understand my bill and fix an error on it. Thank you!

Super Smooth
App saves my info, CC details, and gives options for when I want to pay my bill. I appreciate being able to select “pay on due date” so I can schedule the payment and not worry about being late. I literally only have to click 3 buttons and I’m finished making a payment. It’s a very smooth process.

Easy to use app
Your apps, easy to use, but I wish you would send email confirmation after making payment arrangements on the same day The payment arrangement was made. for example, I made my payment today for December 10 will not receive confirmation until the payment comes through on December 10. That’s approximately 20 days from today.

So much fun
The app asked me if I was enjoying the app. The answer is totally for sure. It’s super fun to pay my internet bill. It’s just a let down that you only get to use the app for a short time before you win. Then you have to wait for next month to play again. Also, there are no power ups or achievements, which that is a missed opportunity there. Multiplayer would be a nice addition where you could like compare your bill to others and see how much better you are at paying your bill than others. Graphics not bad. Lack of music and sound seemed to decrease the immersion of the experience. Also, they should make a version for a VR set so it really feels like you are handing money to Altafiber. That would be really cool and really realistic. I could basically throw out my XBox at that point. So, overall 5/5. Would recommend.

Very poor customer service
This company refuses to tell my 79 year of father how to make the home phone ring more times before voicemail picks up. Absolutely ridiculous this simple information requires either him taking a selfie holding his ID or waiting around in a four hour window for a return call. He’s 79 he doesn’t take selfies. Also upon reading his bill he has been being charged for 400Mbps internet service and every time I checked his speeds it never goes over 100Mbps. It seems to me they take pride in fleecing people who don’t know better. Has had the same phone number for 50 + years. Emailed them days ago still no reply. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. We will have to go to one of their retail stores to get answers to this simple question.
