Great Service/Customer Service
I just sign up with altaber and when I say I enjoy my service also the features that comes with .The customer service is awesome I never had any problems they also will work with you .
Our service
We were faced with the challenge of finding a cable company we liked and that would help us whenever we needed it cause Spectrum was ripping us off so we decided after carefully checking many different companies out, we decided Altafiber was treating us the best and that service and Internet were fairly priced that we could afford so thank you to Altafiber for being there when we needed them the most! Sorry Spectrum but you dropped the ball this time!!! The WiFi we have through Altafiber never slows down nor drops the signal ever which I like the most since I have so much studying to do! The TV package through Altafiber is great we just didnโt get the channels we specified but thatโs more my wife than me! All in all we are just loyal to those who are loyal to us! Thank you Altafiber for everything you continue to do but it would be nice to have the extra channels we wanted so if your reason this Altafiber give me a call so we can get this taken care of! Thank you again Altafiber!!!

Very user friendly, Easy and Quick
This app is AWESOME!!! Itโs so user friendly and is a quick way to pay your bill. I get a text that my bill is ready and pay right away. You can pay with a checking account or credit card.
Altafiber App
This App is one of the easiest to navigate of all my apps! Although I normally only use it to make payment of my monthly bill, I have explored other avenues of the App a few times and flowed thru with the greatest of ease! I wish all my apps were this easy! I love Cincinnati Bell, ooops, I mean Altafiber! lol

Ease of Use
Iโm a huge fan of AltaFiber and their high speed internet, especially after leaving Spectrum. Payment is obscenely easy and internet speeds are obscenely fast. No outages every 30-45 days that last about 12+ hours during the most inconvenient times. AltaFiber at the very least notifies their customers well in advance when they expect an outage for maintenance purposes and for precisely how long and itโs only ever for about 30 minutes to an hour tops. I grew up with Cincinnati Bell and theyโve only gotten better with AltaFiber. Super happy with them and so glad they offer services to our address so we donโt ever ever ever ever ever have to deal with Spectrum ever again. Also. Holy cow the internet speeds are insanely fast. Ten out of ten highly recommend.

Finally, an app that is simple
Why so many others canโt do this I have no idea. Itโs so easy to make a payment and see account details. Thatโs all we want, not the bloated garbage so many other companies have that force you to look through 9 menus and thousands of ads about their service you are already paying for before you can make a payment. Thank you Altafiber, for not sucking.

Great app; weak 2FA
This app does its job well - lets you manage your account and notifies when there is a new bill. I was excited to see 2FA introduced, however text message 2FA is not ideal and many services are moving away from it. As a victim of a recent SIM swap attack, I realized how it actually can make your accounts more vulnerable if services allow account recovery via text message. Please consider adding a time based authenticator 2FA option as well. Thanks!

Fast!
I usually HATE installing and then trying to figure out how to get into it when my phone has populated my passwords for ages so I donโt know them! With this ap I was literally in within 30 seconds and it was seamless and easy!
