  • Awful

    This Luke’s app is awful is doesn’t let you sign in properly and has lost both my (my chart and my sign account. This is both terrible on the app site and my computer site. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
  • Gets hung up chronically!

    Most of the app works ok, but the MyChart tab often won’t open up, terrible !!
  • App is difficult to use

    App is a good idea if it worked all the time. Frequently shuts down. Takes a while to go from screen to screen. I do like that I send my doctor a note, ask a question or get a refill on my prescriptions. Just wish was more reliable.
  • Truly the worst app but what are you going to do

    This app is painfully slow. It takes like 2 minutes for any given page to load. The only reason it doesn’t have one star is it contains useful information
  • Endless failure loop, can’t complete registration

    “Too many attempts” error when it tried to verify my identity, but it says that’s ok and please continue. You’re stuck in loop, how can you continue. Useless.
  • Needs updates

    While I think this is very convenient and wonderful to be able to few all my medical information through an app. The app needs to be updated. It never appropriately loads and takes me at least two times of logging in to get to the main page. Once there to get into my chart I have to also click that twice as it never loads the first time and an error message pops up. This happens every time I click back to my chart and try to go into a different category. Once fixed I will be happy to come back and change my star rate!
  • App is pointless.

    Why would I use a second app when epic already provides an app. It is stupid to force people to use your branded app. At least enable access to the epic built app. That will probably have better support. You are a health care network. Not a software company. It’s just common sense.
  • Log in problems

    I have yet to been able to use this app.
    I can never log in. Even after being in the phone with costumer support and reset I g the password it does t work.
  • Can’t access

    I tried setting up the app while waiting for my last appointment. The screen froze and locked up my account before I ever got in. I need to call St Luke’s to unlock it, but they are only open 8-4:30 M-F. Useless. Now i need to pick a nickname to post a comment and everything is taken already. App is frustrating as hell. Even the nickname “hate this app” is taken. Whoever beat me to it, I hope I can locate your review.
  • Pretty good

    I have to reinstall app frequently to see any new appointments and the home screen is sometimes just blank after loading. I like the app a lot but it’s just not fully functioning well for me
