Connection issues
Struggling to connect to multiple device and doesn’t even take me to the wifi for me to connect, and when I do connect it to the wifi it isn’t able to find the phone and connect to cameras to it.bunyip_22
No live preview and no playback for A139
The live preview no longer works on my A139 (firmware 1.7). Only black screen. Playing recorded clips also does not work - just get thumbnail and 8KB/s message. Using iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 16.3.1.Adam Australia

Attention: Turn on AIRPLANE MODE for live view
I have an A129 Plus Duo, and could not get live view to work at all, and couldn’t view recorded clips on my phone. That was until I read a suggestion to turn ON airplane mode, then turn back on ONLY wifi. From there, connect phone to A129 wifi, then launch this app and connect phone. No idea if this is an app bug or feature, but once connected this way, the app works as expected. Also, get the polarized lens accessory or you will have reflections in your daytime videos.Show lessBruryan
Please Have This On the Next Update
I recently gotten a VIOFO A129 Plus Dashcam and used the app to download the footage. The issue is that, the wifi download speed are too slow. So PLEASE give us the option to clip a footage before downloading a clip we actually want to save to our phones. I do not want to download a 1,3 or 5 minute clip just to edit it again down to 10 seconds of ACUTAL footage I want. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!Show lessKieZin

App runs smoothly, video quality is better than I expected, and it’s super easy to download video directly to my phone. Most (if not all) of the reviews I’m seeing are from over a year ago so I wanted to leave a positive review since I’m using the newest dashcam and app. Haven’t found any issues or hiccups over the past month of using the app with the dashcam. Works great, why all the negative??
I downloaded the app, activated wifi on the cam by holding the wifi button, connected my iPhone 12 pro max to the cam and dowloaded a video immediately. Took about 35 seconds to download a 450mg file, which was 3 minutes of recording.
Im using a Samsung Pro Plus 512g micro SDXC card. As soon as I inserted it it ask me to format, I hit ok and it formatted in a few seconds.
I also adjusted all my settings through this app. Ive had no issues with it. Works great.Show lessJjarkys

The app is perfect and works great! I love how I can adjust every single setting from the app instead of through the menu on the camera itself. Transfer and downloading is extremely fast. I don’t know what everybody is so mad about. They must got dollar store iPhones and dollar store microSD cards or some thing. Get a good Samsung pro endurance SD card which is made for dash cams and surveillance and everything should be perfectShow lessiamAndrestless
