  • 12 year old daughter a 1st time runner and a used to runner mother

    This app has been just the right thing to get my first time running daughter, 12 years, and myself, a used to be long distance runner (but no running for 8 years) back into running at a steady, gradual, achievable, and enjoyable pace. Running on alternate days has been the perfect combination for us starting at level 2. Just the perfect thing to foster the enjoyment of daily exercise for an almost teenager not into traditional sports.

    I’m liking this app. I admit I’m using it for treadmill since it’s to cold outside. But it’s just as useful
  • LOVE THIS APP!!!!

    This app is amazing! A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and lost a lot of physical strength. But I am out of treatment and ready to get back into better shape! This app is awesome and has helped me so much! It tells you how far you run, how many calories you burned, and has a timer for when to stop running and start walking and vise versa! I love it and highly recommend it!

  • One of the better ones

    I was using another run training app, but it jumped from running 1 minute in a row, to running 5, which I couldn’t do. I found this one & I love the way it gradually increases. I still struggle some, but that’s just me! It’s a very simple app, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done & I'm excited to see how much better I can get with my running!

    Great app, really helpful to get into running
  • Great App!

    I’m not a professional runner by any means, but this app allows you to slowly progress at a manageable pace anyone can utilize. Most of all I enjoy the warm up and cool down, which is usually something I skip. Lastly, this app shows your progress which is amazing to see! I’d recommend this app to anyone interested in getting back to running or new to running otherwise.

  • Working my way back

    I had to stop my running (okay, jogging) routine for 6 months while undergoing cancer treatment. Came out the other side ready to pick up where I left off, but found (to no one’s surprise) that I no longer had the stamina to run.

    This app has been bringing me back to my former slow-but-steady form at a pace I can handle. I’m so happy to have found it!

    It doesn’t have a lot of bells, whistles, and pre-programmed encouraging phrases, but I like that it alerts me each minute that goes by. I can’t wait to find out how it gets me from running a certain amount of time to running a certain distance.
