  • Great app

    I’ve used a lot of popular C25K type apps in the past and this is definitely my favourite because it’s very simple. Other apps have too much junk. This app keeps is basic and functional. Just what’s needed.
  • Awesome way to get going

    I’ve started using this app a few weeks ago and I already am seeing the benefits of working on my endurance and pace for running. The app works great and keeps track of your pace and distance well. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to improve their running abilities.
  • If you need a simple/straightforward running app this is for you.

    I feel like this is a very simple app, with a simple layout and simple instructions. If you don’t need anything super fancy and you just wanna get moving for some time during the day this app can offer that. I’ve been using it for the past two weeks and it’s been helping me keep fit and have a good track of how i’m doing in respect to how far i’m running and for how long. it’s challenging, but it helps. you can play music as you run and it doesn’t stop completely, but stays at a low volume as the voice tells you for how long you'll need to run/walk. the voice tells you when you’re halfway through as well, so you get an idea of how much you have left. the overview of your running workout is straightforward as well. this app is very easy to navigate, i like it so far. it gets the job done, i’m the type of runner that just runs till i get too tired and then not run anymore, this has been helping me keeping my pace. it’s not overwhelming nor too chaotic when you open it either. i don’t know what could be changed, i'm okay with it so far.

  • Literally from not running at all to run more than 5K per day

    I’m in love with this app and recommend it to all my friends. I used to hate running because I got tired really fast. This app helped me believe that I can do it by simply taking me one minute at a time. I’m now running 40 minutes, 40!!! That’s so amazing that my closest las friends say they don’t recognize me. I really did hate running 🤣.

  • Best running app

    I previously couldn’t run for more than 5 minutes without stopping but with this app helping me train I have seen so much progress in a short amount of time. While the runs are hard, they make you feel so accomplished afterwards. I feel like such a better “runner” and can’t wait to see how much more progress happens

  • Nice no frills app.

    Nice and simple, which is all I want from a running app. My only complaints is the black color theme uses the same method for its colors as other themes which makes the text so dark gray it’s challenging to read, and I wish I could disable the beeps in between phases. I don’t need to know every minute that’s gone by, just when I need to start running or walking.

  • Simple and User Friendly

    I really like this app. I used to use it and then I fell off the wagon. When I hopped back on and started running again I tried other apps but I found myself missing this one. The interface is simple and user friendly. The interval workouts gradually increase which is nice to build up stamina. I just needed something to log my workouts, I didn’t want all the extra stuff. I also really like the map feature.

  • Love this app

    I have never been a runner but wanted to start to keep fit and lose some weight, I tried couch to 5k which was great at first but then expected me to run continuously for more then I could. This made me want to give up running altogether, a friend told me about this app so thought I would try it, I was pleasantly surprised and I am really enjoying it, it pushes me a little more everyday highly recommend this app.

  • Brilliant

    I started couch to 5k and did well until it suddenly jumped from an 8 minute run to a 20! After struggling for a while I looked into other options and came across this. Far more realistic approach, increasing the total by 1 or 2 minutes per run. When I feel daunted I remind myself that it’s only an extra minute than I did in the last run and that pushes me through. Also, this app doesn’t get confused when my phone rings, unlike the couch to 5k! Really happy I found this one.

  • Nice graduated increases

    Great free run app if you don’t go to the premium. About halfway it will ask you to upgrade but you can dismiss that and continue on. Good for those who need someone else to tell them to run and walk- I have a tendency to hurt myself bc I never do the walk bit, and this time I feel great!
